very spacious room, good breakfast, plenty free parking around, very interesting Turkish thermal bath free for customers, value for money

because our room is at the corner of the hotel, wifi signal is not very strong with many broken periods

Thermal swimming pool Apartment is very nice and big which is suitable for family stay Furniture status in great condition.

. There was Water leaking in the the toilet . No parking dedicated for the hotel.

Although the staff do not speak English, they were very nice Very good breakfast

Visiting the Hotel after 8 years ( last visited in 2013) everything is almost the same. Nice staff. Nice Breakfast. Thermal pool and Spa is relaxing.

The apartment is big and spacious. We got a room with two beds, two balconies and a sofa. The location is perfect for those who came to ski in mountain Uludag - it’s around 40 min by car. It’s also close to shopping malls and supermarket. •To sum up: 3 things I liked - clean, spacious and good location.

• wi-fi connection was very poor. Sometimes it didn’t work and we needed to connect every time so it works • balcony doors were not locking • from shower and sinks was coming very bad smell of old pipes • also water in shower was staying • when we were booking it was said that we could have booked the dinner and lunch for 10€ - that seemed very convenient for me, in fact that’s why I chose this hotel, so we could come from the mountain and have dinner and not worry about ordering take away in the pandemic, but it appeared that as a dinner and lunch they were providing toast and we needed to tell way beforehand if we wanted it. So all that lunch and dinner stuff was quite misleading and I think it is better to specify that hotel provides toasts, as lunch and dinner for me is not fried bread.. • breakfast was bad • small kitchenette in the room had no cutlery or plates, just cupboards and sink. Why do you need it then I have no idea.. so no option to cook your own food • sauna works from 10am and till 10pm for men and till 8 pm for women. Why this 2 hrs discrimination? And in the women sauna only hamam worked. Finnish sauna was off.
