The hotel stands at a little distance from the main port, so the place is quieter and one can sit on a chair on the lawn in front of the hotel undisturbed (and pat a dog or talk with a cat if so inclined). Of course, the balcony is another choice - we used both. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever they could. The breakfasts were opulent and very tasty: in addition to the full Turkish breakfasts with cheese, bread, fried bread (pisi), olives and greens ad tea one can have coffee, omelets, menemen etc. etc.,m served in the beautiful surroundings of an atrium. Walking to the port with its many restaurants and the sea takes a few minutes. To get to the beaches - or to places further apart - buses (dolmuses) run right from the port very often from ca. 7 AM till late at night.

The only problem we had was language: I suppose next time we come we will have spent some time on conversation Turkish in preparation. (I am saying this without bad feelings or irony.) Not really the fault of the staff - this was the case everywhere we went in Turkey - and as long as there was no serious problem and we only needed a taxi or extra coffee or towels we could understand each other well enough. But for a more complex situation - such as confusing information on the net as opposed to the bus station regarding the first morning bus to the airport - the language barrier showed and the staff gave up after a while.

I liked the approach of the owner of the hotel staff to provide another room instead of the one ordered. We were provided with a superior room, as we wanted. The hotel is located in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, which is good. The breakfast is acceptable, delicious. The staff is excellent, good-natured, pleasant to communicate with.

It is very strange for me to have huge dogs or cats everywhere in Turkey, whether it is Istanbul or Ayvalyk. So, this is a problem, apparently, of the authorities, not hotels. I also did not like the attitude of some restaurants on the coast in Ayvalyk, where we were deceived when paying for dinner. Don't they realize that no one else will come to the restaurant from those who have already been? This does not apply to the hotel. The guys at the hotel are great

Amazing staff, they were so friendly and so sweet to our son, too! We arrived late at night and our son was exhausted so they ordered food for us and brought it to our room. The breakfast was AMAZING - never had such a great breakfast in a hotel, it was not a buffet but brought to your table, a very complete Turkish breakfast with bread, cheese, olives, eggs, pisir,.. any extras were free of charge. WiFi worked well. We asked for a room on the ground floor and they arranged it. For us the location was also perfect, not in the buzz and noise of the centre but within walking distance.

I don't have much remarks :) the room was very clean and airy, the mini fridge wasn't plugged in when we arrived but I'm sure if we'd asked they would have arranged it. We would definitely recommend for families, we felt so welcome!

The location close to the sea and restaurants. The breakfast.

They took the money from my credit card too early but we wanted to pay in cash. They made a correction when we arrived. The toilet did not work properly and we have to change the room. The breakfast was very good, but on second day we missed some things they offered on first day. It has a good location bit the surrownding is not very good.

The staffs are very caring and helpful to us especially Ms Ayça. We were satisfied during our stay, we like the location and the breakfast as well. Our holiday is amazing

Probably the noise coming from corridor is especially when kids running and shouting when our 6months old was sleeping coz the door has weak sound proof. Otherwise its not so disturbing.

The location is the heart of Cunda Island. You can reach the all restaurants and shops in a 5 min walk. everybody knows car parking is a very big problem in Cunda. The hotel has a private parking area. You would die for their Turkish Breakfast.

Wifi should be improved. There was a internet problem in the rooms.

Couldn't spend more time checked in late and then ..had to leave early in the morning . But the hotel staff was generous enough to pack few things along fir my son on a short notice

Location was really good, so close to the old city centre. Breakfast was also really good.

Hotel on great location,walking distance to stores.It is clean.Staff are very welcoming and helpful.Internet connection is perfect.The breakfast is amazing,great variety with homemade sweets...freshly cooked omlet and eggs.Very tasty turkish tea.It is beautiefly served on the your table.
