I like everything, the staff is very helpful and polite, most of them speak English and some of them Bulgarian language, like Hikmet from the restaurant, very kind man and always with a smile on his face. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, although they are small but very well arainged. There is a small balkony . The cleaning ladies, are "invisible", cleaning the room every day, without bothering us. I will come again one day for sure.

Our room was with street view, but may be this next to us is not with nice view, because all the buildings ara close one to each other, but this is more architecture problem, not to the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and polite. We arrived lately and ordered great dinner, which arrived very quickly and with compliment of plate with delicious seasonal fruits. Parking place was monitored. Room was very clean and tidy, with lots of convenient little things. Beds are moderatly hard and comfortable. Balcony was a plus. Wifi was awesome! Breakfast was included and consisted of prepared assortment of cheeses, olives, spreads, jams. We were super impressed with this hotel and many thanks to staff for creating a wonderfull experience

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the new shopping centers. Perfect food at breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Especially Hikmet.

I visit the hotel once again. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. The articles are clean and comfortable. I had booked a regular room, but upon arrival I was upgraded to a business room at no extra charge. Thank you very much.

The reception staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. The waiter in the restaurant was also very friendly and professional. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Everything was great!

Exceptionally clean room, very polite staff. They had couple of empty rooms and let us choose between 3. Everything was spotless. I sincerely recommend this place, if you stay in Corlu. The don't have parking place, but the neighborhood is safe and they even offer us one on their employee's parking place in front of the hotel.

Very Friendly staff,from reception to the restaurant. Special thank to Hikmet for the breakfast and the coffee. Thanks also to the reception man Friday late evening. He replaced our beds on 1 o clock in the night. Very good cleanliness. Comfortable beds,cup of fruits. Everything in the room seems new.

The bar upstairs closed ,the wiew is not very nice.

We got free upgrade to a business lounge. Upon our arrival we were served a fruit plate. The check-in was fast and the reception personnel was incredibly polite. Everything was perfect.

there was only one quilt sheet for 2 quilts but considering the season, it wasnt something of significance. I'm sure if we requested the reception they would have provided.
