Excellent location, great value for money, super friendly hosts

Minimal furnishing and outdated facility

Spacious quiet apartment. Bright and sunny. Breezy. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine Location close to promenade. Very helpful owner via booking. com who answered queries very quickly. Good Internet. Parking easy if needed. Local shops for food. Short walk to cafes and restaurants. I was sorry to only stay for a great days but would return.

Everything was fine for me but the apartment is upstairs . As a non Turkish speaker a little info about local buses would have been helpful

We had an over view apartment and the view was stunning. It’s a very large and impeccably clean. Beds were confortable. Location was fabulous just a block from the pedestrian only path that runs along the beach and sea. You are 5 minutes to the center of town and many restaurants and shops. Yet it’s super quiet at night. The owner is incredibly kind, she is always smiling and very welcoming!

I loved the owners of Kaya. A truly kind smiley couple who could not have done more for us. They were not in anyway imposing. They checked in once @ day to see did we need anything and to bring us delicious turkish home cooking & afternoon tea. When we bumped into them walking in town they were so happy to see us. The apartment is basic but has everything and its location is perfect, just a stones throw from the sea side and a walk along the promenade into the town. The balcony is perfect for breakfast & dinner (Beautiful bourganvilla and nice view out the side to the sea). The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is nice and bright. No hesitation is recommending this apartment to friends and family. It was great value for money.

Amazing location, quiet but still within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a public beach. Friendly hosts, lovely balcony, reserved parking and the kitchen included a washing machine. There was great water pressure in the shower and the apartment was even nicer than pictured. Incredible value for price. We wished never to leave.

Nothing. The stay was perfect.

A very nice family owned apartments with lots of space for 2-3 people. Owners were very helpful and caring when we had some issues such as electricity cut that happened daily in Datca during our stay. There are coffee machines and free drinking water in the common area which was very nice to have. Location is also great, central but quiet during nights.

All was good in general knowing that the owners couldn't have solved electricity problem. One of the staff asked 2-3 times if we are checking out the day we were supposed to. Felt a bit strange since i told her already that we will be leaving by the check-out time already.

The location, the guests and advices they gave us. The apartment was quite spacious. There was air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Kitchen was having everything needed. There was even wash machine... One bathroom, 2 toilets. We staid in apartment number 5.

The only bad point was that in one of the bedrooms there was ventilator and not air-conditioning. For the rest nothing to say

The location was great as it was close to the sea,easy to shop without the need for a car and it was nice and quiet. The owners were very helpful and friendly.The accommodation was good value for money- it was simple but had everything that you needed for a short holiday.

The sweetest owners and staff. Most warm welcome when we arrived and was always very helpful. They made us feel home and safe. The apartment was close to everything and our apartment had the most beautiful view. We will definitely visit again.

The location is superb, just 10 steps from the beach and supermarkets. Very peaceful and quiet. Very safe. The apartment was big enough and full of light. The owners were very nice and welcoming, always ready with solution for every issue.

There are no mosquito nets on the windows and we had some mosquito issues.
