Hotel personal very friendly and supportive. It's the 2nd we choose this hotel on our road trip from Germany to Türkiye and vice versa. We arrived 3 am and the personal did everything to find a adequate parking lot for us, thank you.

The breakfast was horrible!!! The personal jn the restaurant was 180° opposite of hotel personal: unfriendly, non-supportive, except one young man with characteristic beart we know from last year. Though, we attended breakfast 45 min before end, no juice, tea and eggs were refilled in the buffet. When asking the response was prompt "too late, out of stock"... sorry, but we will not opt for this hotel any more because of this experience, especially the older woman with black cloths and turban was so unfriendly, never ever...

Check-in was convenient as we parked in the dedicated space and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near Margi Outet and about a 20 min walk from Erasta. We got a huge room with a nice view at the 6th floor. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with many options to choose from. Finally, we asked if we could check out but still utilize the parking area until we leave Edirne and the staff was willing to help us with that.

Even though is common in Edirne, some of the staff didn't know proper English and was using Google Translate in order to communicate. Other than that, our single and not that important complaint about the room was the shower. The water couldn't be washed away by the floor drain and some of it went through the shower door to the bathroom. Again, nothing that couldn't be handled with the spare towel provided.

Very pleasant hotel. Rooms are large (huge) and there is a great local restaurant on the ground floor (where you get the BB breakfast) and where you can also dine excellent local food. Very close, opposite across the boulevard there's a grocery store, and of course a few minutes away is the outlet mall and also the Blue market. Combining these with the fair cost, makes it a very competitive choice.

Being close to mainly a shopping area, you don't get a decent view out of the window, but that is such a neglectable detail

Very good location. They have their own parking, which is quite big. Walking distance to big grocery shops, shopping mall and farmers market. Very good breakfast.

In room facilities are not so functional. No shadows on the parking lot. Very good outside noise isolation, and not so good inside isolation.

Staff very professional, there's parking available, clean and nice restaurant that is open for 24 hours with affordable prices. There's free coffee/ drinks in reception. Room is very spacious with noce bed, sofa and a very nice bathroom. The balcony is also great. Taxi from the hotel to the city center costs from 40 to 80 liras.

Everything - room was spacious, breakfast had big choice, the location was easy to find and close to shops and a mall, the staff was nice.

-The TV was not working but that was not a such an issue - the insolation of the windows was old so you could here everything from the outisde

Extremely friendly staff. I am delighted with the attitude of the guy at the reception. He explained everything to us in detail. We were accommodated in a business room. Very clean, comfortable bed, large balcony. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I will stay there again on my next trip. Very convenient location, close to Margi outlet, Migros and the blue market.

The room was very big, the bed comfortable, the shower fine. Breakfast was quite good as well.

Regrettably the wifi connection was a bit poor. And the paper cups at breakfast are not very elegant, porcelan/glass cups would be better.

Received a spacious suite with balcony, in one word: perfect. The breakfast buffet is provided and served in the adjoining restaurant. You can also go there for other meals and the meat is delicious (sirloin steak and lamb were so tasty) Highly recommended, and I will definitely go back.

The room was really nice. It has e free parking with enough park spaces. The breakfast is traditional and delicious. The location is a good choice if you're visiting Edirne for a calm trip or a shopping - on a walking distance from Margi's Outlet, the Blue Pazar and a 5min (by car) to the Mall Erasta. There is a gas station and a big supermarket just across the streat.
