The building is a fairly new property located right off the main road and maintained very well. Lot of restaurants and cafes around with a large Migros (Supermarket) also close by. About a 15 minutes walk away from the Fethiye Bus Station. The local Dolmuz (public transport) stop is also right across the street. Overall we had no problems at the property and were very satisfied as a whole. Check-in instructions were clear. the property got in touch a day ahead of check-in and shared all the relevant details. All mentioned amenities were available. Bedding was comfortable and clean. WIFI was good. The kitchenette was well equipped. Besides the toiletries, they even had detergent available, which is not always the case. Our room had a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. A special mention for Nihat, who made sure we didn't have any problems.

Nothing in specific. Even though the property is on the main road it is fairly quiet in the evenings.

Location facilities within the suit. Easy walk to all valued needs & transport. As well some sight seeing close by including beach. Easy access by local transport by Dolmus mini buses & Otogar.

The noise from street which was constant during day didn't bother me so much but late night was a issue. Mattress was too soft needs changing & bed needs re enforcement as it squeaks as soon you sit on it.

Comfy apartments within 1.5 km walk from all city center spotlights, dolmush stop also nearby. Fully equipped small kitchen (note that in fridge there is no freezer), 2 ACs, washing machine, big bathroom, wifi etc. Staff helped us with all questions about staying in Fethiye.

Our room was facing main street so it was difficult to sleep as at night there are a lot of noisy cars/motorbikes. We stayed a few days and garbage was never taken from the room, also there were hair in the bathroom and sleeping room. To communicate with personnel you need to write messages, there is nobody at the desk permanently.

Channel Suites was perfect for our 6 night stay in Fethiye! Our accommodation was spacious and the washing machine was excellent. Easy self check in. Location was a 10 min walk from the bus station, 20 min walk to the main town/old town and a few hundred metres away from a bus stop that takes you to Ölüdeniz. Host was extremely accommodating - excellent communication and if we needed anything they would ensure it was sorted immediately. They also helped us plan the best way to arrive from Kusadasi. Highly recommend!!

Our one-bedroom apartment was amazing, very tastefully decorated. It came with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a cute sit-out area, and a washing machine. We most appreciated the two strong air-con units (one in the living room, one in the bedroom) -- a relief in Fethiye's daytime heat. Good wifi. The building has an electric keypad lock and CCTV surveillance, so it's very safe. Location is amazing, a short walk to the Marina and the water taxi to Calis. The coastal promenade is lovely to walk in the evenings and is dotted with excellent restaurants. There is a huge Migros supermarket just across the road and we had fun shopping for all kinds of souvenirs there. Many charming family-run bakeries and doner shops nearby. If you're a digital nomad looking for a long-term stay, Channel Suites would be perfect.

Their reception is being renovated, which caused some confusion during check-in since no one was around. However, Nihat quickly responded to messages and came to help :)

self-check-in it's modern! CCTV everywhere = safety. furniture and all tech are new and good. AC in each room. huge dishwasher. location is amazing - everything is close by. 2 windows and good balcony in the sleeping room! armchairs are so comfortable! and sofa as well! washing machine and powder!!! massive shower. great LED light!

A bigger water heating boiler will be great if somebody likes to spend more time in the shower. Sometimes noise from the street can disturb you. 1-2 minutes after the shower stops still some water drops - not a big problem. Too small window in main room and with some cover outside - not to bright like sleeping room, but enough light bulbs and led.

Excellent communication with the owner, everything was simple even we didn't meet him. Nice furniture, comfortable, not spacious but everything is functional. Very clean, new, nice terrace. Although it is next to a canal and a busy street, it was quiet at night. The location is excellent, there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, fast food, baklava and everything nearby. There is a parking space in front of the building. WiFi good.

Overall was a decent spot. Washington machine name in handy.

Washing machine instructions were only Turkish. We needed English. Wish the suites had more hangers and a cloth line to dry our clothes after washing. Reception hours were short. Wed be back by 6pm/7pm and there wouldn’t be anyone upfront. Maybe it’s different in Fethiye cuz not a big city.

We had a one night stay here to check out the town of Fethiye - we took e-scooters to town and a taxi back and it was about a 5-10 min drive so really good location! The host was excellent, super friendly and very accommodating. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and clothes hanger. We loved to sit on the balcony in the morning to enjoy our breakfast, which we bought from the bakery around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

The location, very close to bus terminal, local bus station and huge supermarket! The old town and harbor are also within walking distance. Love the washing machine and the hanger outside!

It would be perfect if there’s a table in the living room.
