I stayed in a room situated on the second floor with French windows providing a harbour view. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a daily room service and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was included within the price and cooked to order. All of the staff across the hotel were warm and welcoming. I travelled alone and the location of the hotel was well lit, thus, I felt completely safe when travelling back after dark. On a day it rained I was even provided with an umbrella. The rustic decor of the hotel enriches the beauty of the building. I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey and this was definitely up there as one of the best.

I cannot genuinely think of one thing I could say I disliked.

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. My husband was over for a dentist visit so we stayed eight nights. The staff went out of their way, upgrading our room and even sending someone to get his medication from a chemist, of which they had to try three. The hotel was warm and cosy in January, and the views were amazing over the marina. We ate from the restaurant four times and the food was delicious and not expensive. The breakfasts were amazing and always friendly faces to welcome you each day. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wanted a cute boutique hotel in Fethiye.

The weather - it rained alot!

Everything! There is nothing not to like about this hotel and this was our second stay and we will be back again. This time we stayed in room 402 with a hot tub on the balcony/terrace which gets the sun all day. The breakfast every morning is superb with a choice of English or Turkish breakfast and a supplementing buffet with yoghurts, fruits, cereal etc. We did eat dinner in the on site restaurant and the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and it is a touch on the small side but being as the hotel is boutique there isn't many guests and it often felt like we had it to ourselves. Special shout out to the staff who were great. We arrived late on a Saturday night after the kitchen was closed so Gökhan ordered us a take away pizza delivered to the hotel which we really appreciated. Every morning we'd be met by the friendly Doğa who would take our breakfast order and chat away to us, her English was as brilliant. I have been trying to learn Turkish recently and all the staff were happy to humour and encourage me.

Let me just say there were no negatives to this hotel for us as a young couple. However, it is set across a number of levels so its possible that this hotel may pose problems for someone with mobility issues. There is lifts to help you get up and down and it is only a small hotel but it is at the stop of a small hill with a couple of steps into the entrance.

Unique was a beautiful boutique hotel, definitely the nicest place we stayed in Turkey. Expensive but worth it. Great service and friendly staff - helped park our car, take our bags, cold water on arrival etc. Room was beautifully decorated, comfy bed, very spacious with lovely balcony and large bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower! We got room service the first night and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Delicious breakfast on the terrace and the pool area was stunning overlooking the marina. Location very close to old town - can walk down to main restaurant/waterfront area. The only small downside was our room was very near the restaurant which had music playing until quite late which was a bit annoying but very minor issue and did not really impact our stay - we wish we could have stayed longer and had more time to enjoy the facilities!

In the 90s, I used to come to Fethiye every summer with my parents but this time I went back with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. We chose Unique Boutique Hotel as it is situated near the marina at walking distance to the centre as well as to several beach clubs and other attractions. The hotel has an amazing restaurant which is reasonably priced given the quality of the food, and especially compared to other restaurants around. During breakfast, full Turkish and English breakfasts are offered and both are amazing—so it is not your typical cheap/boring hotel breakfast. Our room was very clean and had a breathtaking view. But for us, what especially made the difference were the staff. Everyone working at this hotel are lovely and extremely nice while being professional. Whenever we had a question they were very fast to help, and with a huge smile on their faces :) We will definitely go back and we are recommending this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a calm, clean and relaxing holidays in the amazing Fethiye.

We had nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent.

We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the breakfast was delicious and they make you pretty much anything you want within reason! Our flight was cancelled so we had to shorten our stay by one night. Without hesitation, the hotel adjusted our booking and didn't charge us for the missed night either. Would highly recommend this place for couples as the views and atmosphere are pretty romantic.

We had a small hiccup with the original room we booked, but the staff reacted swiftly and gave us a free upgrade with no questions asked, as well as some complimentary sparkling wine!

We loved our stay at Hotel Unique. The staff is exceptional - professional, warm and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, the view from the room spectacular, the room itself - comfortable and lovely. The pool area - oh my goodness - so relaxing, nice music in the background, service anytime you needed it. The breakfast was delicious as were the lunches we had. The location is an easy walk to restaurants and the harbour. Staying at the Hotel Unique was on of the highlights of our 3 week vacation in Turkiye. It's exceptional. I would highly recommend.

We liked everything about this property and the service provided.

very good turkish breakfast. wonderful view from our balcony. spacious room. jacuzzi on our terrace. nespresso machine. large rainforest shower. felt at home. airconditioning worked well to cool room. staff went above and beyond. even went out to buy a flag we had been looking for. sorted out a few minor technical issues quickly. 5 or 10 minute walk to the old town. room was quiet and we were not woken up at 4:30 unlike all the other hotels we stayed at in Turkey. Infinity swimming pool with cabanas and swallows skimming the water in the early evening. Mainly open restaurant with a good view.

Aircon could have been slightly quieter on the slowest setting. Electronic door lock was not opening properly but fixed when we complaining.

The Hotel Unique went above and beyond to make our stay special including surprising me with a birthday cake in our room upon check in as it was my birthday. Our room was comfortable and we completely enjoyed taking our morning coffee in the hot tub on our private terrace. Our dinner at Nude was fantastic and the complementary Turkish breakfast in the morning was terrific as well. The pool area was relaxing with beautiful harbor views. We will definitely be back and would be happy to recommend to friends & family.

Parking is limited but the staff was very attentive to handle our bags and assist with parking.

View from hotel is amazing. It is just wonderful. Normally we would go out for some coffee shop and work from there, but we spent most of days in our hotel room in front of beautiful view. It has been half day, but I already missed for the view... Staff were very nice, we have arrived earlier, but they found room for us to accommodate, so we don't wait. They recommend us few ideas to do in Fethiye. They have partner hotel and agencies which they can arrange everything for you - however some options can be expensive, if you are budget traveler, then recommend to do your own research as well and then choose. Also we were late for the last by to go to airport, they arranged taxi for us which caught bus in the middle of the way, stopped it and let us to take the by outside of stop. :D So brave and great taxi driver who sacrificed his earning (he could earn 4 times more if we couldn't catch bus, so take his car to go to airport) for our budget and comfort. Hotel breakfast is not that bad. Options are not a lot, but it is not very limited either, most important workers are very much flexible to make food with your taste and choices with given products. Turkey hotels are famous for their bad soundproof rooms. However, this hotel is the best in that sense. We could only hear outside if they talked loudly outside of our door. They cleaned our room every day and changed towels, shampoos, soaps every day. It should be appreciated. They make you feel like you are home, you are important and you are center in this world. :) I might come back in warmer time again when pools are open. :)

I think price is a bit overpriced for winter season as all pools were closed for renovation, so most of beautiful part of it wouldn't really be discovered. We chose superior room without hot tub, so I am not sure why room was that expensive in Turkiye standarts.
