The hotel's location right on Fethiye Harbour is perfect, and our room (206) had a stunning view of the harbor and sea. We can't say enough about the excellent service, especially from our receptionist, Fouat. He helped us book an affordable boat trip to Ölüdeniz, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip.

While the room was on the smaller side with limited storage, it was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of noise isolation; we could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

Amazing location right on the marina. Restaurants all around. Great view from 4th floor room terrace. Short walk to old town bazaar. Fuat at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay excellent.

AC was perfect in room but No airconditioning in general areas and it was very hot. Extra pillows could have been provided and even after asking housekeeping they gave 1 when when we needed 2. Lift is very small and parking can be tight at times.

Our initial room allocated as very small and not clean, looked like someone had thrown a cup of coffee over the wall. Overlooking the taxi rank, try to avoid these rooms if staying here. We asked to be moved to an alternative room and were initially told that they were full but a bit of persistence resulted in us being moved to a cleaner more spacious front room overlooking the harbour. The toilet in this room then broke so they allowed us access to another room. It was fixed in the morning eventually. Staff rather awkward and situation not ideal but 2s resolved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a fair size, with nice linen on the bed. The extras -- complimentary toiletries, a kettle, shoe polisher, and a scale -- were appreciated. Balcony, fridge, and lift. On the harbour front, close to transport and restaurants.

This was a last-minute booking so I got a room overlooking the taxi rank, but the rate was reasonable. For a hotel that advertises itself as a 'boutique hotel', the room was a bit tired, tacky and run down. Paper cups. No breakfast included (but there is a coffee shop on site).

Honestly our stay at the Orka boutique hotel was the highlight of our holiday! I must say that everything was perfect, location is superb, staff is amazing and specially Fuat he made our stay extra special and he was there always when we needed to ask about anything and never hesitated to take the extra mile to make us happy, I would love to thank him a lot and all the lovely staff and for sure we will be coming back to this amazing place, I strongly recommend it to everyone.

- the bathroom could use some “deep” cleaning specially the shower cabinet - The kettle had white residue and a bug inside of it so it also needed deep cleaning - room doesn’t have shutters nor black out - Hotel doesn’t have a kitchen but there is coffeeshop in the ground floor

Everything. Location, comfort, the view, but the most important of all. You guys have brilliant staff. The new staff, I forgot his name but he is very caring and genuine. Faut customer service is Gold standard. Even the Accountant he is very nice too. I am a female sole traveller and having frontliners in the hotel treat clients like the way they did? Means a lot. I defo gonna visit again.

The Orka is ideal as it’s centrally located and is a small friendly hotel. I had a room at the back of the hotel which was quiet and had good Air Con which was ideal for me as I am a solo disabled quest. Recommend .
