Everything was exceptional, the staff and manager made sure we had the best stay and experience. I couldn’t stop saying thank you for looking after us. The hotel is located in the perfect area between the beach and promenade and Main Street with bars and shops, Migros, shopping mall etc. Room was spacious and clean, housekeeping came every day and looked after everything we needed. Air conditioning was perfect. The pool was big and never overcrowded which was great. Breakfast offered many fresh items, especially my favorite was the watermelon. Every day there was few different things so it was always nice to have breakfast there. Overall amazing experience I would return again. Thank you for looking after us and being such amazing hosts at your hotel :)

Everything was great.

Rooms and bathroom were large and airy, with a balcony view The bathroom was a good size, with a large shower and also had a hairdryer. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bedding and towels were changed regularly. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. The reception staff were very helpful and efficient at all times. The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk from Marmaris beach. The hotel was quiet during the night without rowdiness. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close to the hotel. We would certainly stay here again.

Personally, there was nothing to dislike about our stay at Sunway Hotel.

The location is really great, right next to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The pool is a nice size although it's all one depth. There is a smaller kids pool. The place is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The sea view was amazing. There was a variety of breakfast options everyday.

There was a man who used to be around the breakfast area not sure if he was the manager but he was very grumpy and never said hello to us just to the Turkish speaking people! The handle of the door to our balcony was hanging off so maybe this can be fixed. The cleaners did not clean the tea tray or take the dirty cups so I had to clean these myself. They did not replenish the tea bags after I used them. The lift was sometimes a bit dodgy so we would take the stairs. One day we asked the grumpy man to put the air conditioning on in the reception as we waited for an excursion and he point blank said no. This is not good customer service! The reception area is always hot.

Sunway is small but comfortable and clean. It is perfectly located just one road back from the beach with good access to the main road and bus route. Some rooms in the hotel have sea views. The family rooms are perfect for a family of five or less

The Sunway Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. A lovely gentleman welcomed us at the hotel and even entertained our little one while we had breakfast. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a fantastic range of cold meats and fruits. The pool was lovely, and our 2-year-old enjoyed it immensely. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Best of all, since we were driving around Turkey, we appreciated the private parking spot in front of the hotel, which made things very convenient.

Breakfast was really good, Hotel is very nice, Had a nice modern feel, Clean, Location is perfect, Water park not too far away, close to the main strip but couldn't hear noise from Bars, Plus they have a Migros on the main road also 5 mins away.

Had some noisy people drinking and talking till 3am in the next room. There should be some stricter rules about making noise in your room late at night.

We actually liked everything. The building inside and outside ( including rooms with bathroom) is clean, modern , well attended. The breakfast is tasty: types of cheese; vegetables and grass ; sunny- side-up eggs, omlet and boiled eggs ( with also were kept hot!), sausages or nuggets, yougurt , honey, marmelade , butter , airy turkish bread, smth else... Also, you can order a good food in hall area during the day..otherwise you have many places to eat around. We loved the room, a seaview if you got it - is stunning. The location is very good : very close to the beach and palm alley towards the old town/Castle which you can reach in about 35 min by walk ( many branches on your way :-)). On the other hand - 4 min by walk you have a Migros supermarket, and also road where you can catch a bus to main bus station..and on the next road to Ichlemer if you wish. Thank you Kadir and all the Staff for our time in Sunway! You are really nice people and it was our pleasure to stay in hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mehmet, Murat and Taner - whenever I or my family needed help ie air conditioning they were very happy to help and fix the issue straight away, welcomed us with a smile every time. but the cleaning staff was rude!

There was an old woman and old guy there, I don't know who they were but I think they was the owners of the hotel, they was just yelling at people and staff, they had no other qualifications, they were lowering the quality of the hotel. we consistently see them sitting the lobby which was bit weird and putting off as they followed you or Every-time we went to reception they came over and made us feel very uncomfortable

I can’t fault the property at all! The staff were attentive, the room was clean, the receptionists were friendly and were available 24/7. We were given extra towels upon request, we were given the opportunity to pray and use prayer mats upon request. Jangh and Kadir the manager were very humorous and efficient in the care and service they provided for us. We decided to take a late check out and this was as easy as tying a shoe lace. They directed us to the best restaurants and were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for the value for money and location! I cannot find anything to fault this establishment and it is well run!

We had a partial sea view which was okay.

10/10 stay for us. Everything was brilliant with our stay. We booked two double rooms with a sea view and they were excellent. Rooms were a very good size. The sea view was lovely. We loved how close it was to the beach and shops. We couldn’t hear any noise at night which was an added bonus. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!
