This property is right next to a metro station which makes it accessible from any part of Istanbul. The hotel has a huge pool with a bar plus another pool at the gym area. They also have sauna, steam room, and a facility for massage which I took advantage of. The restaurant offers a full variety of dishes from western, to Turkish, to Asian. The suite room was ok with wonderful views of both the sea and the city. Everyone including the staff at the reception was so professional and spoke good English. I would definitely stay here again if given a chance. :)

My keycard malfunctioned 3x which made me a bit uneasy during my first 2 days as I had to come back and forth to the reception to have it fixed. They quickly made up for the trouble by sending me fresh fruits which to me was a really wonderful gesture. If you are from East or Southeast Asia I would suggest to stick with their grilled meats and wok options like fried noodles at the restaurant. I may have explored too many other dishes which turned out to be a bit bizarre for my taste. The lentil soup is a must try though! :)

price was higher than the market value of the area . internet was awful

It's not the first time I booked in this hotel , and next time god willing I will book in Burgu Arjan hotel again . I really feel the comfort in this place . The rooms and the pool the restaurant everything is really nice. Big thank you the customer service staff they are doing great job . I liked all the reception team from the first day until check-out. Thank you to Mr. CEZAR AND Ms. GUZHAL the others also but I don't have their names. Thank you Burgu Arjan team and enjoyed my stay.

Everything is perfect.

Great hotel, very freidnly staff that are always happy to help. The rooms are nice with good air conditioning. The indoor pool is good but you must remember a swimming cap. The location is convenient for what ever you want and is nice and quite in the evenings.

The coffee could have been better

Staff were all very friendly and nice. Especially the restaurant staff were exceptional. Davut bey and another manager were very helpful. They always had a big smile.

Pool was small and the steam room didn’t work.

Booked Premium One Bedroom Suite with sea view, suitable for three-person family. Nice view from floor 18 though the sea is somehow far, around 20 minutes walk to the seashore. Lucky to get suite in high floor which I guess not guaranteed. This is my first experience in the Asia side of Istanbul which is not much different form my many previous trips to the European side. The hotel is so close to the transportation and M4 Metro, many supermarkets around the hotel, it is recommended for those who prefer the public transportation as it is so easy to reach Kadikoy, Uskudar, get the ferry or connect with Marmaray train line. There is washing machine with dryer option which I believe a big advantage. There are also microwave and electric stove but without cooking utensils. I would like to thank the reception team, particularly Ms. Zainab who received us and her other colleagues who arranged the PCR test with reasonable price.

The hotel is very good, comfort beds, and amazing service. The restaurant waiter Muhammed is very helpful. Esma is also very kind and friendly. Hamza at the reception counter provided us with a lot of guidance and support during our stay. Special thanks to them all, Muhammed, Esma and Hamza.

A bit far from the centre

Very nice and clean hotel with a wonderful pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you need. I really liked the fact that there was an underground parking that you could use at any time.

Everything was perfect, i have no complains

It was a great experience overall and breakfast was amazing. Room was clean, tidy , Burgu Arajan Staff knows true meaning of hospitality specially i would mention the one name "Mr. Hamza" he was an exceptional person, when ever I requested for anything he did his best to manage it in few minutes.
