Friendly and attentive staff , cleaners. Close to public transport which is great for solo traveler’s, as a female traveller i felt safe day and night . Walking distance to shopping centres and restaurants. My second time staying at business life hotel and will come again .

The staff is really good and extremely helpful with all issue you can have or requests. The breakfast was pretty good and they were refilling food until 10am. A lot of restaurants nearby. The sea is at a 3min walk with a marina and a coast road. Water bottles are always available in the room. Wifi was pretty good and reliable. Istanbul airport (the new one) is easily accessible by bus which departs nearby (line HVIST-10) and really cheap for its quality

The room door does not hermetically close and as a result I was hearing other people closing their doors or speaking. Fortunately, I had my earplugs with me and it was necessary to sleep.

The hotel is a real gem! This was our second stay there. We like city breaks and visit Istanbul twice per year. This is the place we'll keep booking - the beds are large and super comfortable, the bathroom and the room (the room types we stayed in) - spacious enough, with modern design and were kept spotless clean during both our stays. And we were able to have quiet nights - no noise from the street, nor audible sounds from the other guests. Which is kind of rare treat in a never-sleeping-city! The location of the hotel is very good - side street, literally 3min walking distance to a Marmaray station - hence, enjoys a quick and flawless connection within the city. We were allocated on the 5th floor - the hotel has an elevator so no need to climb stairs. Also, the 5th floor felt special because of the terrace which had a pretty nice city view. The real asset of any business is the staff, and the hotel nailed it- all members at all times were attentive, friendly, smiley, and courteous. Receptionists helped us a lot both our stays, answering any question we had. Çok teşekkür ederim, Kadir :-) The breakfast was completely satisfying with enough choice offered. Last but not least - they do wonderful Turkish tea and variety of coffees.

The staff were amazing. Mehmet especially, will never forget how much he accompanied our needs and was more than happy to help out my partner and I during our stay every time we needed. All of the staff were so kind and helping as we were foreigners not knowing much about their country and helped us find things to do and taught us all the ins and outs to make our trip easier. Mehmet made sure my birthday was special and helped my partner surprise me with gifts and a beautiful setting in our room. I am so happy with the staff and service even the cleanliness of this hotel

Nothing I had an amazing stay

Loved the hotel and the stuff was excellent. It's brand new hotel, smart business looking. The room was very big, the bed was the most comfortable, bathroom was perfect, breakfast was great!

The only little downside is being at the 1st floor the WiFi was poor in the room. It was disconnecting frequently. The Wifi in the lobby was perfect so I sat there quickly to do something online

The room was quite comfy. Staff was very helpful, my special thanks to a man, who is in charge of cleaning and maintenance - very polite and sweet - towels were changed daily, cleaning was ok. Wonderful location, by the seaside. It was great to walk along the beach in the park with some outdoor sport equipment. A lot of shops, restaurants and cafes around. A few minutes walk to the metro station and Carousel mall.

There was an issue with WiFi during the last couple of days - not as fast as we needed. A glass door and walls of the bathroom 😁kinda needed some privacy to keep things romantic.

Great location, helpful and kind staff, room was clean and very spacious. It had a sofa, complimentary coffee, tea and water with a kettle and all the toiletries + hair dryer in the bathroom. Metro station is super close and 4 stations away from the center. There is a bus line that goes direct from airport to the Bakirkoy station, very close to the hotel. Breakfast was from 7 -10, with good food and enough options to find something for everyone. Mr. Mehmet was great and helped with all our questions and recommendations, speaks fluent English as the other receptions who took us to the room. Cleaning lady was also super nice - she didn't really speak English but always greeted us with a smile and asked if she could go in to clean. We felt very safe, comfortable and welcomed at the hotel as two young girls travelling alone. Will recommend to friends coming to Istanbul and we would also stay again here.

Our room had windows but facing the wall so there was no outside light in the room and it was hard to wake up in the morning. Other than this everything was perfect.

So clean everywhere, Good enough breakfast especially the soup, fresh tea, fruits, omelet, cheese sortiments, etc., tea available in the lobby if you feel like sitting for work or chat, location is comfortable to reach via marmaray train from yeni mahalle to the down town and most sightseeings, staff are helpful and friendly (there are exceptions though), surrounded by mini market places and street/fast food if there is a need till very late at night, airconditioner works properly, window makes it possible to get fresh air in the room, a good set of tv programs is available

Breakfast has really little to no green and fresh vegetables, some (young) staff were so rude and impolite and never tried to help on arrival day (note: this applies to two people that I had interaction with on arrival, certainly not all the staff), The beds are so noisy and bumpy and pillows were too soft and not comfortable, if you are on the upper floors you may suffer from the internet and have to go to the lobby and use wifi,

- Nice, neat and comfy room. Pretty big size. - Good desk for work. - Very nice shower. - Great SPA in the same building (although they don’t speak English so prepare your translator to Turkish if you want to book treatments). Totally worth it thought! kind ladies working there. - Overall: Amazing quality-price ratio.

- Double beds, no king/queen. A little small for two people but ok. - Room we stayed (1310) was VERY noisy. People were gathering at the door late at night and were also noisy early in the morning. If this is something important to you, I’d recommend it to ask for a “quiet” room when booking.

Good location, helpful staff. They have even sauna for the guests for free.
