Facilities were good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone is not able to talk English but there is always one of them who is able to talk in English.

The location was kind of scary. The hotel is very very close to Taksim square, however, in that part of city are many thief and criminals and you should grab your phone and bags very tightly with highest concentration, because someone can steal your phone (which happened in our case).

Service needs to be better. For example, they did not provide iron even after requesting one. Breakfast is the is the same every day.. there is no car parking.

The close proximity to Taksim Square allows us to easily explore and immerse ourselves in the vibrant city center. the hotel was very good for the price the only issue is outside the door there is night club and full of dirty people which is not ideal for family with children, i had problem with smoking couldn't sleep one night next room was smoking

I like the staff. They were all good. Especially tayfur and Ismail at the reception They were very helpful and cooperative and made every effort to make our stay comfortable.

the room is so cosy and spacious but its better not to take a front room because of the noise the back room is so quiet and spacious and the staff is really nice mr smile is really helpful and very welcoming

that the front room is noisy but they change it immediately for me to back view room and it was so good

it was perfect to stay at this hotel, the stuff were perfect, especially mister Ismael from the reception he was such a helpful and great person, he care for all details. the room was clean and well arranged. thank for all the stuff and again especially for Ismael 🌹

it was my third time in Istanbul and in Cartoon Hotel. the location is amazing. Right at Taksim square and metro station. The staff was really polite and helpful as always. I would only go to this hotel whenever that I travel to Istanbul. one of the reception guy at the front which was Mr. Toyfur was a really nice and helpful with everyone in the lobby. he would try to solve any matter or concern right away with an smile on his face all the time !

The only thing was the technician guy who was in charge of fixing the lock box and he was a rude person and I did tell the receptionist right away and they were apologizing to me….

The location perfect , the stuff really helpful and welcoming mr.Tayfour and mr.Ismail ... put the daily room cleaning wasn't v.good..Thank you Cartoon Hotel Stuff ....Recommended
