When the light shows red for do not disturb. Why one of the staff knocked the door asked for cleaning the room. The staff needs to be trained.

The location of the hotel is superb. its only 8 minutes away from Sabiha Gocen airport in the Asian part of Istanbul. This hotel is suitable for stay especially if you want to spend your time shopping. we were warmly welcomed by the staff especially Ms. Alam and Ms. Reyhan. and the rest of their colleagues.

The reception staff should ask their guests about their upcoming flight times so they can inform them if a late checkout may be required. we forgot about the late checkout and the reception asked us to check out immediately at 2 pm. we had a 21:55 flight so we had to stay until 18:00 hours. I did not have any problem with that at all. but other clients may find it offensive.

10 minutes away from Sabiha Airport and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for shoppers, with Direct access to Via Port Outlet mall Asia, with a range of stores and markets within walking distance. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, which ensured a good night's sleep before my flight the next day. I was also pleased that the hotel staff offered me a late checkout option, which was a great convenience as my flight was at night. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and flexible stay near Sabiha Airport. The combination of a great location, comfortable bed, and accommodating staff made for a truly enjoyable experience.

As far as first impressions go, crowne plaza Asia is 6 minute from Sabiha airport and it is connected to viaport outlet (shops, cafes and restaurants). the spa was nice and they offer indoor swimming pool. Staffs were so helpful and wants you to relax and enjoy your time in the hotel. The front office staff Lama , Okan and the concierge team Semih and Furkan. and all of them that I don’t remember their names were helpful and will make your stay more memorable. & See you soon enshalah in our next visit

far from European side

our experience was totally nice in the hotel , inside the Viaport Asia outlet where you can shop and take rest easily in the hotel. the room was spacious and the staff were cooperative specially LAMA who can talk in Arabic and DUNIA , both were helpful and supportive there were free airport shuttle with luxury car Thank you Crown Plaza Istanbul - Asia for the luxury experience. I would come again in future and recommend this hotel for friends. I really want to thank LAMA and I will be happy to see here again in Reception

The staff and the welcoming were amazing, the location is just perfect. My sister was sick and everyone in the hotel literally rashed with us and recommended the best hospitals and provided us with a doctor immediately, and brought us complementary fruits. I may mention their names as an appreciation of their amazing performance, emre, firat, mustafa and khadija. In addition to the manager who kept following up with our case and wanted to assure the best delivered quality of service. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and would visit soon.

Breakfast is an area for improvement.

The value is a little high then before The Furniture is old and the bed is not comfortable

Everything is just perfect. Although the room was far away from the elevator everything was just perfect. Their restaurant/bar was one of the best. Alidogan was always on the spot to get you whatever you want to eat or drink on time overthere. I know him since last time back on 2018 and he still has the same happiness and energy...

Like always, a very warm welcome, spacious luxury rooms, extremely clean facilities and a very friendly and dedicated service by the entire team. I always like coming back to this hotel! The restaurant includes a bar and serves excellent food in a very nice atmosphere and the breakfast offers an outstanding variety and highest quality. Nice extra: The shopping mall right next to the hotel with many additional options for shopping and dining or just having a walk.

Outdoor pool was not yet re-open.

The Staff are Great especially Evren,Ikra & Baran. I’m a regular Customer me & my family and we always stay for 1 or 2 nights at the end of our trip to Türkiye. The Location is What i like the most.

Lately they had increased the prices a little bit But rather than that everything is fine
