Fantastic location, the breakfast was just amazing, the hotel design is superb, the staff are super attentive and helpful. I loved that they have a WhatsApp chat where you can message them at any time and they respond right away. This was really helpful when we were out and needed to contact them about something we left in our room. The chef's are fantastic and breakfast was amazing every morning. Everything was super clean and the rooms are spacious with an excellent selection of toiletries and necessities which helps you to pack less! The door and reception staff are super polite and we felt very welcome. A special thanks to Adem for helping save the injured cat we found in Uskudar!

Only thing I would say is about the hammam access- we turned up one morning but it was temporarily closed due to a treatment taking place. This was a little frustrating as there was no way for us to have known that prior and we ended up waiting over an hour which delayed our day. Perhaps the hotel could allocate specific hours in the day for these treatments because to close the hammam for the whole hotel might cause some issues!

The staff is very professional and friendly We stayed in the 1st floor and the rooms were nice and quiet, overlooking a cute garden. Bathroom is equipped with all toiletries, a bit small in size but wasn’t an issue for us The view from the restaurant is fabulous and the buffet was good The surrounding area is very nice and within a walking distance from the bosphorus and lots of restaurants and shops.

In room dining could be improved in terms of portion and taste

I would definitely recommend coming to this location , very clean and great esthetics , and ambiance. On the roof the restaurant name as Nite, food is great here also 10/10 . All the staff is very helpful and polite

The breakfast was nice but it felt limited. I’ve been to hotels where there has been a lot more variety. The hotel decoration and cleanliness was lovely.

The pictures online need to be updated because when I got to the hotel, it was a lot more busier than the images made it out to be. For example, the pictures do not show the café and bakery next to the hotel. The hotel is also on a main road, which is not bad, but it would’ve been good to know how busy the area is, And the pictures didn’t show that. Also, the gym was incredibly small, which was disappointing given its a five star hotel. It was small the machines did not function properly and it was just such a demoralising environment. Whenever I went to the gym, there was no one in there anyway because that’s how small it was.

It was very enjoyable to have my breakfast by the Bosphorus view. I would like to thank the all reception team and housekeeping staff.

Hotel location is a 2 minute walk from the bosphorus. Staff were very friendly. Room size is decent, bed is comfortable, big tv probably 55 inch, available usb and usb-c chargers on each side of the bed which was very handy. Everything was easy to operate.

Cleaning. We had 2 interconnected rooms and both were not cleaned properly. Instead, they only did the bed and little arrangement and that's it for both rooms. They should focus more on wiping and cleaning. Breakfast and breakfast service could be improved.

Sparkly clean, special thanks to cleaners who were amazing! Location is 1 minute by walk to Ortakoy. Rooms are good size, excellent layout and every detail is 5🌟. Lot of free stuff even the teeth brush (and was really useful since one of left it at home). Caffe Nero in lobby great value for money. Air conditioner everywhere was great!

Restaurant at top crazy expensive and full of stupid rules. Not serving croissants or food midday (after breakfast), but you are not allowed to bring from downstairs. Dress code for the evening (no linen shorts for men), but food was totally overpriced and taste was bad. 200 eur for lousy dinner for 3 is simply unacceptable. On the other side view is spectacular, atmosphere great, food is nicely presented.

I went for short holiday with my 17 year old son. We both loved it. The hotel was well located, the room was kept clean during our stay and the view of the bosphorus was amazing. Everything was excellent! Especially the staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Gorkem so much for looking after us during our stay, sorting the taxis out, luggages and everything else. Also we had wonderful receptionists who were always willing to help and sort things out for us too. Thank you to Emrecan and Dogukan. And thanks to Fatma who always made sure our room was kept clean and asked if we needed anything. All so friendly and kind.

The only thing is the wifi was a bit slow sometimes.
