new and clean hotel. clever room interior. friendly staff. special thanks to Mr Abdullah for being very helpful and proactive as i had to tackle some administrative issues. amazing.

breakfast is quite modest and served as a set menu. small space for seats inside - though there is a verandah that you can use, but this verandah overlooks a busy and hot street. be mindful of the location: it's near a very crowded district with many shops and a big road. it was not noisy if you shut the window though. in the night was quite all right for sleep. there's a metro station quite close also.

Everything was great !! I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Mert, Kardelen and Yilmaz ! The room was clean (very nice smell )and the breakfast was limited but tasty. Very strategic location ; near 3 metro stations and markets. I will definitely come back again.

English - کوردی English Everything about that hotel was great. 1-The staff was very good, and they would do anything you needed in the shortest time. 2-They had a clean room and continuous service. 3- The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, the towels were changed daily, the linen was changed, the breakfast was varied and good. A weak point - the coffee served freely was of a lower quality.

The weak points: at the time of accommodation, we were asked for a deposit of 100 euros, although this was not provided for in the conditions on the website or at the time of booking. For those who travel by car - there is no parking at the location, although it appears so on the website - that you can have parking for a fee. So pay attention to these details that will surprise you.

The hotel is great. its location near the Metro made our trip much easier to travel through Istanbul with no traffic saves a lot of time and effort. you can go through the metro to most of the attractions. Also, the Tram line is only 5 minutes walk away. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever we wanted to skip breakfasts and go out early they prepared for us take away coffee and sandwiches for the way. The room is very clean and quite. Mr Semi ( Reception front desk manager) is very kind and professional

nothing honestly

The hotel is quite sleek, the room is pretty spacious and modern, they provide pretty much anything you would need. The restaurant downstairs is 10/10 prices are really reasonable (cheaper than eating elsewhere) and the food is great, wide selection for the free breakfast buffet too. House keeping staff are lovely! The staff are great as well, rooms get cleaned every day. We had an issue with our bathroom door multiple times but they were quick to organise repairs. The location is right next to the metro/trams and it’s a quick commute to the famous tourist spots

Although the location has its advantages it’s also in a bit of an unsafe and rowdy area especially at night, not too pleasing to the eye either. It’s extremely loud so thankfully the room is truly soundproof but if you like sleeping with the window open then you need to be a heavy sleeper- The beds are kind of springy and not the most comfortable, not horrible but not the best.

The location is great. The hotel is in a very communicative area and next to a metro station.

The elevator works only with the room card and you only get one card per room. The breakfast is preset and it’s the same every morning. The internet doesn't allow you to connect with a work laptop that has a VPN; we were able to only get online with the mobiles and you need to insert the password, which is the passport number, every day. So you might not be able to work from the hotel.

I was lucky to choose this hotel for the second time and I would like to thank them for the good reception, cleanliness of the place, facilities and comfort within the hotel. I booked for me, my family and my friend. The accommodation was very great, the room service was good and the morning breakfast was great. I liked the excellent morning menu. I would like to extend my special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Onur and the receptionist, Mr. Umut, and also to the hardworking at night, Mr. Yilmez 🇸🇦💚

I had the most wonderful stay with dosso dossi hotels yenikapi and i would recommend anyone to stay here as the location was perfect and most of the staffs are extraordinarily, they made sure that our stay was upto our expectations and made Special in every way possible, Specially ms cansu and mr yilmaz made sure that our stay was great. They took care of us so well i would definitely come back again.

One thing i didnt like was the same usual breakfast which was served as ala carte which has the same thing offered everyday which made a bit dissapointed. I Hope next time when we visit the breakfast will Be as open buffet breakfast.

The location, the service, and the staff were all great. Especially Mert and Kardelen were professional, amazing, and lovely. Mert was super helpful during my stay, and the ever smiling Kardelen helped me in getting tourist agents and suggesting places to visit. The reception staff were all welcoming and professional.

Although I clearly stated my arrival time, and I got a message stating thar my room was ready, I was asked to pay an additional fee to check in early. I was told that all rooms were occupied, but after I agreed to pay the additional fee, they "miraculously" found an empty room.
