The location! Location, location! Although it does not have handicap accessible entry into the hotel, that was ok because it’s only 4-5 steps to get in the entrance. The staff went above & beyond to help me when they saw I needed help! The location of the property was PRICELESS! It was in the heart of the fashion district & surrounded by so many retail stores & restaurants! Great boutique hotel! Bonus: Breakfast was also great!!!

The only thing I did not like had to do with accessibility! The elevator leads to the first floor & lets you out inside the actual store! When the store is closed you have to take the stairs to the first floor & get elevator from the 1st floor. If you are slightly mobility impaired, as I am, this presents a challenge, to say the least! However, it did not present a major problem for me as I only had to take the stairs twice due to coming in after the store was closed. I don’t think there is anything the hotel can do, except possibly install a chair rail lift on the 1st flight of stairs for mobility impaired & older customers.

The hotel looks new. The bathroom was very good. The room was spacious. I liked that they provide complimentary water bottles. Also there’s a kettle and coffee sachets. Especially now during summer I really appreciated the fridge in the room and the air conditioner. The breakfast was diverse, personally I liked that was plenty of grilled vegetables and watermelon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is clean, value for money. The staff are very nice and helpful especially Suray the receptionist. She is one in a million. Very pleasant and ready to help anytime. We wanted to shop in Merter, and Osmanbey. She lent us train card to travel and directed us where to get a train. She even wrote down the stations to inter change. She booked a cab for us to the airport andthe driver was very nice and came at the right time. One of the statements to help with our luggage into the taxi. Every one was exceptional. The kitchen staff were very nice , respectful and helpful.There was this young guy, who cracks jokes with us anytime we go for breakfast. The food was very good with varieties. We were very comfortable. There was scale on our floor to weigh our luggages to avoid paying excess at the airport. They provided water in our rooms and anytime we call them for what we needed, they did it quickly. The domestic staffs two ladies were brilliant. Although they don't really speak English but they were very pleasant and helpful with hand gesture to talk to them.

It's the lighting in the bedroom. It's not bright enough especially for those who have bad eyesight even with glasses. We need very bright lights for our eyes. Even the bedside lights are not bright enough. I know some people don't like too much bright lights but there should be a control where you adjust the brightness of the lights for those who need them.The rooms should also have a note for directions on how to operate the remote control of the TV to watch English channels for those who don't understand other languages other than English.

The hotel is very well located in the historical district, 5 minutes walk from the T1 tram, 10 minutes walk from the Hvist 12 bus stop (Aksaray metro station). Walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Agia Sofia, Galata Bridge. Breakfast is varied and very tasty. Staff very nice and attentive, last day we had to leave early for the airport, they were very nice to allow us to have breakfast earlier than we could have. They cleaned up every day.

Rarely my score is 10. Istanbul is huge, so in every hotel you stay, some place is far away. This hotel is 20-25 minutes walking from gran bazar, but in 10 minutes you can reach: Yenikapi station (and marmaray train), tramway, several bus station. The place, during the day, is a pedestrian area full of clothes shops, so it is a quite place. Staff can help you to the best as they can (I arrived at 7 a.m. and they prepared my room 4 hours early). Room is big enought, but shower is huge. Is one of the most silent room I've ever slept. Fantastic breakfast (more savory than sweet). Good Wi-Fi in all area and free water.

The breakfast was so nice and staff of hotel was always cheerful and very helpful, housekeeping was great. It’s very safe place to stay especially when alone you feel at home Location is marvelous near to Lalei Tram & Yenikapi metro and bus station all 5 min walk. I highly recommended the Hotel to have a nice trip in the accomedation section.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

I don’t have any negative comment with the Hotel everything more than NICE. But no view but this was my choice through booking for budget reason not related to Hotel.

Room was clean, with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom. Staff were helpful and polite, booked us a taxi to the airport for our return. Plenty of shops and nice restaurants in the area. WiFi worked well.

Location was a little away from the metro and main tourist area, but still lots going on. Breakfast could have had more variety and pastries or bread for toast.

It was close to the metro and tram(5min) 2 stops with the tram for the Grand bazaar. 4 stops with the tram for The Blue Mosque. Hotel is perfect for wholesale. The neighbourhood is about wholesale. Hotel was very clean everyday they clean your room, you get new towels. Staff was friendly. They help you with your luggage. Breakfast was good. Enought mirrors for the lady’s. You can do your make-up and check your outfit perfectly.

It was a littlebit noisy (thats normal in Istanbul, I think this was one of the better streets, cause the most cars are not allowed just taxi and workers). The beds and pillows are hard (everyone likes it different and from my Türkiye experience..the beds are always hard).

A nice little hotel in close to historic part of the city. Easy to get in and out of the area. A lot of shops in the neighborhood that is convenient for the ones buying clothing in Istanbul. In a few blocks radius there are multiple small restaurants with good but not fancy food.

Somewhat busy area with a lot of car, bike and human traffic. But, I guess this is the price you have to pay when staying in shopping area.

The staff of the hotel is so friendly and kind! They helped me with my connection to the airport and even brought me to the metro station to help with the ticket. I never felt so welcomed and am very greatful to the people working there. Thank you so much!

The tea cattle was dirty. And the room was extremely over heated. I had to sleep with the open window and cover the room heater with a duvet. But I guess it is an Istanbul thing...
