This Hotel is a very welcoming warm place and perfectly represents the Turkish hospitality. the rooms are neat and modern. the little garden is Perfect for your morning coffee. everybody is attentive and kind and tries to make your stay pleasant. I will most likely return to this place, if I go back to Istanbul.

Amazing place! New, clean, stylish, close to the ferries and to the top places to eat. But the most important thing are the owners, who focused on the guests and their needs, sincerely doing everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I was in Istanbul for the first time, but felt like at home also thanks to this lovely hotel.

Additional clothes racks and hooks in the bathroom would be nice.

The room was very clean, new interiors and furnishings, air conditioning really helpful and they have a lovely garden where you can have free chai and relax :) The staff was so lovely and welcoming, in particular a lady was so kind to me and prepared a very small breakfast to have very early in the morning, thank you 🙏

The most incredible hosting I could ever expect! The place is absolutely wonderful. The room's design is even more perfect than on the pictures. Wooden floor, large bed, big cabinet. Cleaning was every day. I met the owners - good and very caring people; I was happy to have a talk. The area is really nice for a long or short time staying. The pier, metro and bus station is about 5 min walk. This gives a very fast access to other districts. There are also many places to eat around. And the district is very quiet and clean, yet very authentic. If I come back to Istanbul, I definitely stay at this place!

Everything was awesome - as always. I keep coming back to this hotel.) Just a hint: if you are a light sleeper, ask a room with the courtyard view.

We came in from a long haul flight and were very grateful to arrive at Ikiz Konak which is located on a quiet street. Our hosts were very helpful and allowed us to enter our room early. We selected the economy room to stay in and this very much surpassed expectations. It was well air conditioned, beds comfortable and very peaceful. The outdoor space and tea/coffee making facilities on the property were much appreciated. Kadiköy is a good area to stay to avoid much of the tourist traffic of the north side.

A beautiful and great located hotel with very nice design and awesome staff. The facilities were clean and everything in the room was thought through. There is a charming garden and kitchen with tea and coffee for all the guests. It’s only 10 min from the ferry and metro station which was very convenient. The neighborhood is very lovely, with nice coffee chops, plenty of breakfast places, and vibrant vibe.

The hotel is not sound proof which was annoying at the first night since we slept in the room across the receptions and heard all the noises from the lobby. I recommend booking a room on upper floors. Anyway, the second night was more quiet and it didn’t affect our experience much.

- Location is super central. Many nice breakfast places around. Very close to vapur or marmaray metro to the European side, which is very convenient. Commercial center of kadıköy and the bars are a short walk away. - the building is a recently renovated historical kiosk. It's mostly wooden, which makes it very cosy and earthquake-safe. That was one of the main reasons why I chose this place. - Everything is clean. Decoration is retro but functional.

- Given that the structure is wooden, you hear every step from the upper floor. You need to bring your earplugs. Or choose the uppermost floor. - Walking to the hotel in the night time might feel a bit unsafe. But don't worry, Kadıköy is one of the safest neighborhoods in Istanbul. - I wish the shower was a bit more spacious.

Wonderfully restored listed property with lots of charm and an exceptional attention to detail, not only for this type of property but even when compared to international five star properties. The rooms (standard and up) are really thought through and well equipped, the beds comfortable, the original feel of the property charming. The team is very friendly, helpful, with a true family feel to it. Breakfast in the garden at the back is wonderful! There is almost no fault to find with this property. Thank you Hasan Bey for making this project happen! I will be back many times!

This hotel was in an amazing location, it was very clean, it was extremely safe and the staff were absolutely lovely. Kadikoy is a pretty busy area but this hotel is located on one of the more quiet street which meant that it was quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were great at communicating. We received excellent service, for example, due to an early flight we arrived at the hotel at 7am to check in and they let us leave our bags at the hotel and messaged us as soon as our room was available so we were able to check in a little early which was great after a 30 hour flight.
