Literally around the corner: exit the airport, turn left, reach the metal stairs, cross the street, and here you go. The room was very clean and smelled good, I think it was perfumed. Even though my room was just in front of the elevator, it didn’t interrupt my sleep, which was good. Their location is very convenient when you need a sleepover between flights, saves you tons of time on travels. I enjoyed my stay.

As strange as it sounds (and this is purely subjective), that same perfume that brought such a good impression turned out to be everywhere, and it makes you pay attention to it and come back to it over and over. To me, it’s a bit intrusive, although the smell was pleasant. I would prefer to have it gone before I go to sleep. I also missed a bathroom robe.

Best layover airport hotel so far, with 2 mins walk distance from airport, specious and super calm rooms to take a quality break between your flights, My additional greeting to amazing room service team, who took care of me at 1am (!) and super shortly deliver me some local food from a big variety of options. Quick and comfy transfer to the departure area.

Totally useless reception desk team. This two was in a middle of an argue while I dare to interrupt their clash to ask how can I reach departure area for my next flight. Like, guys, seriously, I worked myself in FO for couple our years, and know personally that night shifts can be truly exhausted. But when guest approaching your desk - you are not letting him feel stupid to wait until you finish your fight with a college, and even more stupid when he receives such an attitude on such a simple question.

Very convenient for a layover stay between flights from SAW. Large double bed, clean room and facilities. We had a late meal in the hotel restaurant, which served good food for a reasonable price.

Room temperature was 25-26 degrees Celsius, without a possibility to open the window. We asked for checking the heating device, but the guy who came could not solve it and promised to send technical staff. They should have arrived in 15 minutes, but after waiting for half an hour we went for a meal and afterwards slept in a hot room, which was bearable, but rather unpleasant unfortunately. Except for this. all was very comfortable.

for those who have a very early flight in istanbul this hotel is the best option. the food in the restaurant is very good.

the airport shuttle bus is not always available. they should give departure times for the shuttle bus. i had to walk to the airport with all my luggage and have to climb stairs and it is very heavy and uncomfortable. only speak English and Turkish they should speak more languages

The hotel is located next to the main terminal at SAW airport. No shuttle is needed, since you just need to walk through the underpass leading to the Metro station and take the first exit on your right. It takes no more than 5 minutes. Rooms are huge, with a comfortable bed. Bathrooms are fine. Overall, a classic and well run 4* airport hotel.

It was surprisingly difficult to reach the 4th floor. You first have to take one elevator to the 2nd floor, then walk to the other side of the building and take another elevator to the 4th floor. Quite a weird design for such a simple hotel. It is not nice to wander around half-asleep when you are in transit...

Very close to the airport, i.e. the best place to have a rest for one night if you are waiting for a connection flight. Just 5 minutes by foot to get there. You can also enjoy restaurant downstairs until 2 a.m. which is very convenient if you arrive late. Rooms are clean and have enough space to feel comfortable. Breakfast is not the best but it is very good to have it if you need to be ready for your flight in the early morning.

Not so easy to find when you arrive for the first time - it would be great to have some pointing signs from the airport because Google maps app is showing some very complicated way. They do not have good shower gels and shampoos in a bathroom, just an unnamed 2-in-1 substance in a huge container glued to the shower wall - that is not something you could expect for such price. The food in the restaurant is average, but it's better than nothing.

The major advantage is that you could wait your flight at comfort or even in bed comparing to waiting at the airport - 2 min on foot. And a flight board right at lobby. The room was big, cosy, bed comfortable, clean. Liked that it was an armchair in room. The food was tasty and breakfast variable. I get fast responds to my questions from accommodation at booking platform. Liked that hotel pay attention to travellers at restaurant working hours. Breakfasts from 4 am, restaurant works till 2 am.

May be I was so “lucky” to have loud neighbours. Or extra-reminders for guests are needed to keep quite after 22 pm But it was noisy till late night at corridor, so I have less hours to sleep before flight.

Great position, just few minutes away from the airport. I had a long layover (16 hours) with separate tickets and was searching for a place to stay the night between flights in the airport. The bed was very comfortable, internet was fast and it was just what I needed to rest! Great breakfast from very early in the morning and helpful staff.

I only have a little suggestion about the free transfer - it is a great service but it was not very clear to me that I’m supposed to go out and call from the outside phone in order to order it! I would suggest adding this instruction and also mentioning that it arrives every half an hour so it would be easier to plan my time. Otherwise I’m very happy with it, vere convenient when you have 40 kilos of luggage!

Very close to the airport, which is what you need when you are recovering from surgery and you turn up and find out your flight has been cancelled, and they've failed to tell you! Managed to book and check in within 30 mins at 10 am. Staff were very friendly, and there's a free shuttle bus to and from the airport (but it's literally only a 5 minute walk). The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless with a good walk-in shower. TV had plenty of choice with mirror facility so I could watch Netflix. The beds were comfortable, and the air con worked well. Bar services were good and sensibly priced as well as the food, which was good, and the bar opened out into a courtyard area, which was pleasant. Good value for money all round and well worth booking in to if you have an early morning flight to avoid the Istanbul traffic.

Not much, but if i had to pick fault, they only had a twin room left, but on such short notice, I'd have taken a hammock in the garden. Breakfast was just a continental buffet, so if you like a full english, then this is not the place, but plenty of choice and very fresh.

We stayed twice at this hotel, in transit between Istanbul, Izmir and Kayseri. It is located very close to the airport building proper. A shuttle is provided between the main building and the hotel. The room was very well presented, the fittings excellent, and very, very comfortable. Even though we were close to the airport, noise is not a factor. The breakfast is an excellent buffet, with both Turkish and western fare. The evening dining options are also excellent a la carte (and they have Bomonti Filtresiz in an icy tankard - delicious!)

The one major problem is that there is no direct connection between the hotel and the airport, even though they are built one against the other. There is a short and simple walk from the main airport building to the hotel of about 100 meters. However this involves a steep flight of stairs down a 2 meter drop and some busy road crossings. This is very difficult for able-bodied people pulling rolling suitcases, and almost impossible for pram and wheelchair access. No thought has been given to this. A gentle walking ramp and clearly painted crossings could solve this easily for everyone. The only alternative for disabled people is to wait for the hotel shuttle on perpetually busy roadways, and try to negotiate the difficulties involved there. Not good enough.
