Property is a 15 minute drive from the airport which was perfect as we had a flight the next two days. The hotel is in Arnavutköy so it is about a 40-50 Minute drive from touristy areas. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My family and I asked the front desk to call a van service to go to Beyoğlu and the driver was very friendly and professional. The rate of the drive were very good priced. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

I had originally booked a family room however, the AC was not working in that so they gave us two other rooms. The hotel is new so this is understandable. The rooms could be cleaned a bit better.

I had a very long layover, so I was looking for a place close to the airport. Davut arranged transportation for me to and from the airport. They were extremely punctual, made me feel comfortable and welcome. The service was excellent, very helpful, and with good energy. I highly recommend it without a doubt, and I hope to stay there again.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, making 17mins to airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was difficult for the taxi driver to find as we came from IST airport. Plus with the hotel being new he had never heard of it and could not find it on his mapping system. We had to show him the way on our updated Google maps on iPhone.

I would say the manager handled everything and provided all our needs quite well and professionally.

Brand new hotel with fresh rooms. Hotel is located in Arnavutkoy, small district of Istanbul, near to the airport. For us the hotel was located on a strategic location to visit easily the city centre of Istanbul by car to avoid the heavy traffic. Personnel in the hotel was professional and helpful. On our arrival we received a warm welcome. During our stay the personnel did their best to give us the most comfortable feeling. The rooms were new and clean. I liked the great shower. Breakfast was fantastic.

The limited parking space

During transportation from the airport to the hotel, I lost my suitcase with all my belongings. Mr. Davut was ready to help from the beginning. He went through contacts and within an hour the suitcase was back. This is the commitment I found, which I praise. It was amazing.

Did like everything. No complainning at any kind. Simply perfect! Same with the food, no problem at all. They were suggestive and helped a lot and made the staying even better.
