I liked the proximity to the airport. Lovely friendly helpful polite staff. Comfortable and clean accommodation.

I didn't like that the safety deposit box was not available and felt the need to carry my valuables with me even though they reassured me that my things would be safe.

Location, good breakfast considering price,, lots of places to eat around hotel with reasonable prices. Around 15 minutes drive from Airport, if you are hiring a car, easy to find free parking close to hotel. 30 minutes away beautiful clean beach "Karaburun". Must go there, Overall very good Location if you are stopping over to rest for 1-2 days.

They should provide kettle and tea facility in the room, I have stayed in few budget hotels but all of them they had kettle and tea services in the room.

Best value for money Includes breakfast which was better than I expected Great location, halfway between the airport and city centre, surrounded by many shops and restaurants used mainly by locals, which meant prices are very reasonable. Very friendly, responsive and helpful staff

Maybe just having a bottle or two of water in the room? But can’t really complain, there are a lot of shops and markets nearby and for the price I paid for the room…that was just very tiny inconvenience.

They serve a decent breakfast. The hotel shuttle transfer was a plus! The staff are friendly and helpful, one staff member even escorted us to the store to buy a cesve (turkish coffee pot). Where can you find this hospitality? Turkish people are very kind. These kind gestures made our stay even our vacation more enjoyable. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family

The room we stayed in doesn't have a strong aircon. Its a good thing the weather is not hot since we travel on the month April.

Friendly, helpful staff who were very informative about getting around Istanbul using the very good public transport system. I was a solo traveler but my room was still spacious and clean. The range of breakfast was also very good. I left the hotel every day on a good full stomach and on the days that I stayed near the hotel I had some fantastic meals in the local restaurants.

This is a small property which we used for an overnight stay near Istanbul Airport Our flight was late so we didn’t arrive until 12:30AM. The staff waited up for us. They were very polite and friendly. They arranged a very early morning taxi and the front desk again helped us with our bags

It’s a bit of a distance from IST and it isn’t in an interesting area

We were pleased with the hotel's exceptionally friendly personnel and manager who were flexible enough to address any of our needs, e.g. provided excellent shuttle service from / to the airport, changed our room for a better one, and organised a tour to the major attractions and dinner in Istanbul.

Dinner was too expensive but we did enjoy it, particularly the quality of the food and restaurant location.

Fantastic location only 20 minutes from the airport. Nice neighborhood with lots of eating options, a nearby mall and cinema, and various other amenities. Lively but not overwhelming. Beautiful masjid just down the street. Staff was wonderful. We arrived very early and they did their best to get us into room right away so we could sleep. Breakfast was a nice spread.

The reception staff was friendly and provided us with the necessary information for our trip.

the hotel was close to the airport. It was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower had a nice pressure. We called the property to pick us up from the airport and they came within 15 min. Everyone was so polite and nice. We had to leave for 6am for our flight and the check in clerk said “we start breakfast at 8am but we will serve your breakfast at 6am for you.” They had a big mall for the shopping within 100 meters from the hotel as well as a few restaurants. The beds were soft and wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
