It was comfortable place

Room size and bathroom were fine.

The entrance of hotel was not comfortable.

The room was the Fire Exit for the floor! It was an exterior door providing no sound proofing or weather proofing; you felt the breeze under the door! Taps on faucets were reversed and it took a while for hot water to flow. Other than humorous Desk Clerk, staff was sombre and noisy.

There is nothing I like about this property. I'm not going to use the word "Hotel" because obviously it is not a one!

Hold on tight for the lowdown on a supposed 4-star "Hotel" that, in reality, deserves a big fat 0! 1. Booking Drama: - An argue over lousy service led to them swiftly canceling my booking on booking.com as No Show to dodge and run away from THIS review! 2. Language Chaos: - Staff struggles with basic English, and there's confusion about the hotel's star rating between themselves. The manager dismissed my concerns arrogantly and asked the other staff to send me out of the hotel. 3. Room Horrors: - Filthy, incomplete room gave me a serious fungal/bacterial infection (medical proof coming your way in court). - Basic stuff missing: no bedside lights (only the wire on the wall), no mirror on top of the basin, and a broken, mold-stained wall closet. - Asked for a clean blanket just a few minutes after getting to the room. - Towels placed in a moldy closet with no designated spot in the shower. 4. Breakfast Disaster: - Slapped with a 5 euro charge for a crappy breakfast. The manager with pajamas and slippers didn’t mention anything about the price or a notice that you must pay for this crappy thing! - Breakfast quality comparable to military rations in poor countries: Exactly 4 pcs dry olives (possibly from someone else's dish before me), cheap cold cut a cold boiled egg, old and cold French fries, and a slice of cheese. 5. Hygiene Headache: - Refilling shampoo and shower gel containers is a potential hygiene nightmare. The staff offered a squeezed, dirty shampoo bottle after I called reception to remind them there was no shampoo in the shower. - Both containers are labeled "shower gel" with no way to tell which is which. 6. Sleepless on a Crappy Mattress: - Uncomfortable memory foam mattress (maybe) with zero memory; sit on the edge, and it stays that way for days. 7. Nightmare Path for Accessibility: - Wheelchair pathway with a ridiculous 45-degree angle.

Clean was ok

Bad experience...I have got Different room from which I have booked one first night..which is small room ..Washroom door lock broken and cupboard inside broken..Staff are not friendly..I have exchanged money from hotel first day..They have cheated by giving less money which is 300 lira less than what I can get from outside..worst thing about hotel bed ..it's just sponge bed..I have got back pain every night...I have promised restaurant inside hotel but when I have checked in its small restaurant and food is not good at all..Don't book this hotel..waste if Money 11 nights...
