First of all, they let us check in very early, we were so thankful for them. The room was very clean, cleaned perfectly everyday, the coffee and water were renewed everyday. There was no noise as the reviews were saying. The location is perfect, super close to everything, there’s a supermarket nearby. The staff are so nice and very helpful. They have coffee/tea/snacks service every morning. The price performance is super good, i totally recommend staying there since it was a 100% worth our stay.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, good light, modern bathroom and a cute balcony. I also liked that there was some light breakfast snacks available, which allowed me to go out and enjoy my favorite breakfast spots.

The location is very near nightlife options so taxi access is a bit difficult and might be loud on weekends.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room met all our expectations. The location was very good for exploring Istanbul. Near to each options of public transport. Unfortunetly the location is at a lot of night clubs. These clubs ae very very loud and sleep there is very hard. In my opinion, there should only be clubs or only hotels in this place - together it is very difficult becuse hotels guests will have very hard have good sleap

Very very noisy location - Every day from around 8pm until 3 or 4am. Even the best windows will not muffle the noise. It was very noisy at night and we couldn't sleep. If someone wants to get up early and start exploring Istanbul, they should choose another hotel

Big private bathroom with a big good shower, which you don't see too often. It also had great lighting for putting on makeup. TV with so many channels and languages, including a few in English and several in Russian that I liked watching, that we lost track. Hotel staff were super-pleasant and went above and beyond, especially when securing a taxi ride to IST airport (800 TL). There is NO shortage of taxis in Istanbul, so we were mostly concerned with getting scammed or taken to the wrong airport. Hotel staff called a reliable company, which arrived exactly as promised, and staff made sure we got into "our" taxi and not into the so many that were circulating on our departure morning. The hotel is in the ideal location, which is a block from the pedestrian "main drag" branching off the Taxim square. It's about a 10-minute walk from the square itself. We actually walked to the hotel from Galata Port upon arrival because we had carry-on luggage and walked to and from the hotel to visit the Sofia Haygia and the Blue Mosque. A lot of stairs, but doable and a great way to get the feel of the city. 😀

It actually didn't bother us, but I can imagine that the city waking up and becoming quite noisy at 6 AM, can be annoying to some. Quite normal for a big city, if you're used to it.

Staff was very friendly - ensured that our room was ready before we checked in and also helped us book our taxi back to the airport. The location is superb - just walk out and one reaches the Istiklal street in 1 min - just that it can be a little unsafe at night with all the night clubs right next to it. Also the music is loud due to all the night clubs next to it and the windows are not sound proof.

We were given a room on 6th floor and the toilet was leaking. The staff said they are aware of the problem and will send someone to soak up the water - what I didn't understand was that if they knew about the problem why did they not get it fixed and why did they assign us that room?

everything was perfect in the room and the staff are so helpful, they clean everyday and put new amenities and water bottles. the breakfast was like a small branch : tea , coffe , corn-flex, and cookies. they help us find a tour to Bursa and really cared for our feedback

it was so noisy at night , until early morning ! the hotel located between more than 5 clubs and next to bars street ☹️ so if u r a light sleeper u will not be able to sleep, however the hotel puts earplugs in the room 👍

Location is great, just off Istiklal street. Neighbourhood although loud from music coming from the bars and pubs, it really didn't matter as we couldn't even hear it from the room. Being two woman staying over we felt safe and never worried about anything. Staff are super friendly, rooms are beautifully decorated, shower was good, beds were comfortable and room was spacious enough for two with suitcases. Hersey icin tekrar tesekkur ederiz!

I booked this hotel for my sister and her son. Based on their idea, 1) Hotel is so clean. 2) Location is perfect. 3) Staff are friendly. 4) There is a buffet restaurant near the hotel. 5) Water pressure was good in bathroom. 6) Bed was comfy.

As other people mentioned, there are too many bars and clubs near the hotel which cause troubles at nights but it is NOT hotel's issue.

We are looking for places near Taksim and Gallata and Petros is a best decision for us. It is not suit for you that aiming for quite and calm but for us its perfectly located. The staff help us to manage our trip and also share some direction on transport options. The room is clean and spacious, i like the room designs and decorations.

For the type we booked it has shower room in a middle of the room sometime if we have a long shower the water leaked, but its not an issue we can cope with it.

Thank you so much for so clean and beautiful hotel! The location is really nice and comfortable! The most significant advantage was the fact that we didn’t even make a transfer and could go to the hotel straightly from the Gekchen Airport! You need only 2-3 minutes to go to Istiklal street with lots of entertainments and markets, and approximately 10-15 minutes to get a subway and buses! The personal is really friendly and kind! I would recommend this hotel to stay in Istanbul!
