I liked the location, the hotel room and space, I liked spa pool, hamam and gym. I liked they provided me nespreso machine and daily capsules with water. Guest relation was helpful.

I didn't like the room view opposite other building and people so couldn't open curtains. I didn't like their key cards, I had to change them every exit as they didn't open the door, had to go back down every time. I didn't like that they promised me a nice high floor room with a view and got me to check in to a low floor, bad view at my night arrival with family so couldn't change after unpacking. They said they will do a nice setup for my wedding anniversary and we just got complimentary nuts and fruits on the table. The bed sheets and duvet weren't to a proper size and not properly fitted and tucked, I had to arrange them every night.

We stayed in the hotel for a week .. from the first day we arrived to Istanbul in the early morning and Mr. Yunis was so helpful and found me a room that I can check in in the morning ( not afternoon ) he was super nice .. the room service was okay .. the customer service ( phone ) were great they answer immediately and help you ( they don’t let you wait ) .. also the guys at the gate they help me with taxis and for any inquiry.. they always smile ! Friendly and so helpful .. the place is quit and near Nişantaşı it’s like 15 mins walk.. supermarket in front of the hotel .. namli ( best bakery ) also best to the supermarket .. everything was perfect in my stay

They don’t have scale for luggages

We usually try to stay at Radisson Blu Şişli. Location is superb, the hotel is very modern and comfortable, rooms are well maintained and the staff is great. We were there during the Ramadan time (intentionally so), so it was rather quiet in the hotel (no Arab tourists, that usually flock this location and it becomes a little hectic, noise and less comfortable). For this reason, we also received an early check-in for which I’m grateful to the front desk staff (as we arrived with a red-eye flight). The room service shift manager and staff were helpful as well. The breakfast was great as usual with variety of choice.

In the past, we used to book the hotel under a corporate rate (pre-pandemic period) and the rate was very attractive, but so was the offer of rooms on the “business floors” with access to the lounge. Unfortunately we are not offered this option anymore, despite our history of stays. Would love to have the hotel keep track of their regular clients regardless of the booking method or platform. This, of course, does not have anything to do with the level of service or quality of the hotel, which are constantly great!

This was my second time in Radisson Blue, Sisli. Great experience again. Prime location in the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Upon checking in, we were offered an upgrade. After entering into our room, we noticed the room is an smoking allowable type of room and hence the amount of smell was unbearable for us. After contacting the reception, we were immediately offered a replacement and they also moved the welcome cake which they had provided for my wife's birthday to our new room. One thing that sets this hotel apart from others is their breakfast. It's exceptional! both in quality of the items and variety. It makes an amazing start to your day during your stay. I'll defenitelly come back again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the remarkable Radisson Blu Sisli in Istanbul, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made me feel welcomed and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Gamzr, Ahmet, and Salim, who played significant roles in making my stay at Radisson Blu Sisli so memorable. Their warm and friendly demeanors, coupled with their attentive approach, truly made a difference. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my requests were promptly addressed and made valuable suggestions for nearby attractions and dining options. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident, and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service. The location of Radisson Blu Sisli was another highlight. Situated in the vibrant Sisli neighborhood, the hotel provided convenient access to a plethora of shopping destinations, cultural landmarks, and transportation links. Exploring Istanbul was a breeze, thanks to the hotel's strategic location.

It is not the first time for me to stay in this hotel, it is the the 7th or 8th time I stay in this hotel. I really like the hotel because of its location and staff and atmosphere and that it is very safe. Isra in the reception welcomed me in my check-in and she was very nice and kind and helpful and she gave me a very nice room and followed my requests and upgraded me to a nice room. Isra is very professional in customer service and she makes sure you are satisfied and happy, she showed me a couple of rooms till i was happy- and she is very patient. My check-in was early and Isra did not make it hard at all, and she checked me in early as she promised one night before, and my room was ready and clean, very honest and professional and was easy to check in. Also, Selim, a gentleman at the front desk, which i have dealt with in my past stay and in this current stay, he was super professional and very kind and he made sure i was satisfied and also sent me a small treat to my room which was very nice of him and made my day and made me so happy. Thanks to Selim very kind of him. My. Younis, the manager, is also welcoming and always had a smile on his face and ready to help. Thank you to Radisson Blu staff, and it is not the last time i will stay in this hotel. The housekeeping staff where great, and very clean, and cleaned the room on time and made it smell good and clean. They also provided tissues, and shampoos and complimentary water everyday.

There is nothing i did not like in this stay, it was just great.

This hotel was great, the best out of my entire stay in turkey. Maybe because it was quite westernized compared to the other hotels in Istanbul. Staff were GREAT!!! So kind and so accommodating! The nicest hotel staff in Istanbul. I wish I knew the name of the concierge man that went out of his way to help us. I just know he was short and spoke good English. He helped us get a taxi and while we waited for our bosphorus tour driver. If see this just know I appreciate you and owe you a tip. Unfortunately we checked out too early to see you :)

Our hotel room was non smoking but stunk of cigarettes

My stay at this incredible hotel was truly special, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Umut and Mr. Yunus Arik. Their kindness and respect went above and beyond, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit memorable. In particular, Mr. Umut's genuine care and attention to detail stood out. His dedication to ensuring guests have a fantastic experience is commendable. Radisson Blue Hotel is fortunate to have such a valuable asset, and I believe his exceptional service will undoubtedly bring customers back. Kudos to Mr. Umut and Mr. Yunus Arik for making my stay not just enjoyable but unforgettable!

Overall, my experience at the hotel was fantastic, and there's very little to mention in the realm of dislikes. However, if I were to highlight any constructive feedback, it would be that there was a reception staff member who seemed a bit stubborn during interactions with clients. While this was a minor observation, addressing it could further enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, the positives far outweighed any minor issues, and I would still highly recommend the hotel to others.

Staff were helpful and facilities were good. I used the gym almost every day and it had all the necessary equipment. It’s location is good because of its proximities to key attractions and Sisli metro.

Although staff were helpful , they did not seem very friendly. Almost everyone in the hotel had issues with the room card activation. I had to reactive the card every single day which is frustrating. The stay did not include breakfast , and therefore I had to pay for it (my choice obviously). I feel that it should have been included given the overall rate for two rooms for 7 nights. Having said that , when I had breakfast at their restaurant, I was not impressed by the quality and variety even though it costs 20 euro/person. I had a generous breakfast with my family just across the hotel at a local restaurant and the quality and value for many was significantly higher (40 euros for 5 people , vs. 100 euros )

The location was excellent, close to the metro and a shopping mall, as well as a supermarket. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to cater to our needs. The room was impeccably clean, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. The food and the coffee in lounge area were fantastic and delicious.

I was disappointed with the room's dim and unsatisfying view. The hotel lacks attractive views overall. Although the lounge area didn't meet my expectations, the food and coffee were fantastic and delicious. The sofa bed was not comfortable for the children I would have preferred a regular bed.
