Cute place and bigger than first expected. The cleaning staff and cook were very polite though they didn’t speak English the greatest but it is turkey after all. Me and my girlfriend had an issue with air conditioning and were given a spare room to use for the remainder of our trip. Lastly Osman, Melic and Omer were very polite and always on hand to help very hard working gentleman. Would stay here again no doubt !! 😁🙏🏻

The location is a little rural but they make up for it with how close they are to the city centre. Also these robbing problems you read of never happened when me and my partner stayed

Liked basically everything. The value for the money is GREAT. All the staff helpful and kind. Special mention to Osman & Asher who accomdated our requests whenever needed. The location is approximately 5 minutes walk to Taksim square where you can find transportation to almost all parts of Istanbul. Groceries are available nearby for your needs. Area is safe until late, therefore perfect for solo females travelers and families. Wifi is fast and reliable. Breakfast is repetitive, but at the same time acceptable and a perfect start before you head your way into Istanbul. Would definitely be coming back here if I returned to Istanbul again which I'll definitely DO!

We wanted a place that was central, but where it was not noisy and we could rest easy (as many hotels had complaints about noise, not this one). We were central, it was easy to walk to all areas, but still on a quiet street. The family dynamic made it feel so incredibly safe and comfortable! The family were all so kind and so helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. For a group they have the rooms with two beds and a door to seperate the beds for privacy. The single bedroom had a balcony which was great to let in the sun. Comfy clean beds! Their breakfast is a combination of eggs, yogurt, different nuts, cereals, breads, jams, cheeses, cucumber, and olives. Laundry is right next door, for two people we paid 700 TL and they delivered our clothes so fresh, ironed and in hangers. Loved it and would be happy to refer it to anyone looking to be in a central and yet quiet hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The stuff if beyond helpful. On our check in day we arrived very early in town, sleepless and cold walked to the hotel tired, just to rest in the lobby and they let us check in and gave us a room. It was the best thing anyone could do at that moment. After that, during our stay, whenever we needed anything the stuff always provided it. Other than that, the hotel is lovely, perfectly located and it offers a great value for the price.

Very friendly atmosphere, delicious homemade cakes for breakfast, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend this hotel - the quality/price ratio is excellent. Perfect location for city walks and sightseeing tours. ___________________________ Next time we would also use a taxi ordered by the hotel, our fault. On the way to the airport, the taxi driver "robbed" us, choosing a route 40% longer than the available time and place

Cozy hotel situated in a safe and quite area yet in the centre of Taxim Square. 5 mins walk from hotel to Istikal street many restaurants in the vicinity. Taxi are easily avaliable to go to the Galata Tower and Grand Bazaar. Airport transfers was organised by the hotel itself. Check in was done easily without any hassle. Room is cleaned everyday towel also are changed everyday. Soap,shampoo etc and slippers were provided in the room. Loved the free coffee and tea that was available in the lobby anytime. Hotel staff were amazing and welcoming a special thanks to Mr Osman who made our stay memorable by providing his best service. He organised our bhosphorus dinner and also arranged for a surprise birthday cake for my husband birthday. Really appreciate the service of Mr Osman. He even kept our luggage safely while we travelled to cappadocia and came back. All our belongings were safe in the room. Will definitely stay in the same hotel next time. Room were spacious and clean. Street was calm not noisy at all. Breakfast varieties were amazing enjoyed the fresh cookies prepared by Gunya lovely adorable lady. All staff were welcoming. They made our trip memorable. Thank you everyone special thanks to Mr Osman.

Everything excellent and feeling like im in my home . All staff , malik and osman was amazing and helpful . Very good breakfast include everything you need and they can make any type of egg ( omelette egg my favorite yummy ) . Very clean they clean the rooms everyday and change bed and pillow sheets if you inform them . Very very safe hotel i feel safe all the times . The room was amazing with very beautiful terrace

The staff is AMAZING! They are super friendly & helpful at all times. The owners are always there & they helped us with the bags, the taxis, the touristic locations, everything. I was with my parents & the staff was super respectful & communicated everything clearly. We extended 1 extra night as we were lucky to find a spot. The hotel is cozy & the rooms are VERY spacious. It was veryyyy calm even at night, we were able to sleep without disturbance. The hotel is very safe & they bring u clean towels every day & free water bottles.

As a hotel, everything was on point.

This is a very place not too far away from the hustel of Taksim Road/Square. The street is quiet, and my apartment with a balcony was very peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful and will book any excursions and always greet you with a smile. The little touches were appreciated like water bottles and slippers. The buffet style breakfast was a bonus and prepared daily. No need for additional photos as it is exactly like they advertise. The only photo needed is the family kitten Lisa, who is adorable 💖
