The room is new, spacious and clean like 5-stars hotels. The men at the front desk are so kind and reassuring.

I chose it because it was close to Taksim Square, but the surrounding area is old and crowded and seems unsafe. There are beggars too, and I'm too scared to walk at night. The air conditioner was broken and I called the staff many times, but they couldn't fix it through 6 nights.

The room was clean and the furniture inside was brand new and comfortable. It is very close to the Taksim subway station, shopping centres and restaurants. Only few meters away from Taksim square. The staff were friendly polite and helpful. They offered me free turkish coffee upon arrival. Check in was quick. There was also free bottle of water and tea / coffee kettle in the room.

Very comfortable, spacious, clean and nice rooms. I like that they are equipped with a refrigerator and a kettle. 10 min walking distance from taksim square. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

When I arrived my room had no toilet paper and no tissues at all and AC was not working. It was 2 am, so I told then the next day and they directly fixed it and gave me toilet paper. The bath leaks water a little to the outside.

Brand new and probably the cleanest rooms you could get in Istanbul. Room and bathroom decor was also great. - Staff was helpful and pleasant - Great value for money. Found this hotel after searching over hundreds of hotels in Istanbul. This looked too good to be true, but I am glad it was exactly as advertised in its pictures. - My room also had a beautiful view as an upside. - Hotel is well connected with all forms of local transport.

Nothing. I stayed for 15 nights. Felt like home away from home to me.

You need to walk up a hill and its hard with luggage.

The place is clean and the rooms are clean. The size of the individual room is acceptable. The staff and reception are friendly and helpful and are on duty 24 hours a day. All basic services are close to the hotel, such as the men's salon, grocery stores, breakfast restaurants, and laundry, all within a walking distance of no more than a minute. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square and the metro station. The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is safe for walking even after midnight

However, this is not a negative point The street on which the hotel is located is narrow. If you are planning to go on a trip with a tourist company and they have a large bus, the bus cannot enter this street.

The staff were very good. The hotel was very clean. We had two double beds because the single beds in other hotels in Istanbul previously were poor. The beds were super comfortable.

One of the shower doors was broken so water spilled on the floor. It wasn't fixed during our stay. The staff did however clean the bathroom to a high standard and got rid of the wetness on the floor.

Great location. Modern building with much nicer rooms than others in a similar price range. The manager was so nice and, spoke amazing English. It makes such a difference when whoever is at reception says hi or have a great day and the staff here really make you feel welcome.

The mattress probably needs to be replaced, it was a little uncomfortable. The room was too hot as the heating controls didn't seem to do anything. WiFi very slow at times.

It’s a perfect like 5 star hotel but in small size .The location is excellent 7 minutes walk to Taksim .Very clean and modern facilities.Staff are kind specially Mr Kadir .

Room size are not what we expect ,it was half a size of normal room for 4 beds .

The hotel was nice and new. Everything was clean. AC was good, and it's 6 or 7 minutes far from istiklal Street. The reception staff was very good. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful and the price of the hotel was very good. Thank you, Atlas Hotel

The bed mattress was hard, i think, because the hotel is new and the mattress isn't used much, that's why.
