Nestled in a central location in Tuzla, the hotel is a beacon of comfort and luxury. The rooms are spotlessly clean, offering a serene retreat. The restaurant was wonderful with a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful garden. The entire staff exudes warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable stay. I want to thank to Beiza, who was extremely kind and hospitable to us with her warm demeanor and impeccable service. I recommend the hotel with both hands. 👌

The staff at the reception (lady named Beyza) is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, big choice of cheese, fruits and dry fruits, just the way I like it. Cheese and spinach pastries were excellent. The hotel is near by dozens of restaurants and cafes, yet it is a quiet place. The backyard is fantastic, although I was not using it too much due to cold weather...Very clean and well maintained.

I like to have ayran with my breakfast and there was not any.

Thanks to all the staff. Thanks to the receptionist who received me at the night of 28th Sep unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he really gave me a warm welcome and a great special room. Thanks to Bayza who helped us in the day of checkout and was so welcoming and warm and gave us happily a late check out and was smiling all the time.

Just that housekeeping knock the door and open directly without waiting. Luckily I had my door locked from inside. Two times happened.

I think I had one of the best rooms with big balcony, very cosy and clean. breakfast, service were excellent. very hospitable and helpful staff. I enjoyed beautiful garden, very magical filled with aromas of flowers and fresh grass. I want to say special thanks to Halit for his help when I was feeling unwell. He is very professional and has got excellent customers service skills. wish him to be promoted to the manager of the hotel.

everything was very good. when choosing hotels I always look on tripadvisor.

Beyze at reception is awesome. Friendly and helpful as always. I also liked the size of my room. Nice and spacious.

Every item of furniture in the room is uncomfortable. Sofa, bed, desk chair and other chairs, every one of them terrible.

Location and Feiendly Staff and breakfast was awesome, Harun at the reception was friendly and of great help, he made the stay much more enjoyable

Lack of parking space, however the Hotel has valet parking to take care of your car

A very pleasant hotel in the old part of Tuzla. The room is clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly, and the guy at the reception named Harun stood out in particular. When I come again, I definitely plan to stay in the same hotel.

The hotel let me have a very early check in for free and quick service by Tolga. The lounge and garden were superb. Cleanliness, calm atmosphere and location. Special thanks to Beyza at the reception. The hotel is in the heart of Tuzla dining street and few minutes away from the waterfront and walkway.

The breakfast was very good and a lot varieties. Location was excellent The reception was excellent especially the receptionist Beyza was very helpful and very friendly.

The gym was a bit small and lacking of equipment for leg excersise

This is our second time at this hotel. This is the best place in Tuzla. The staff is extremely attentive, everyone is very positive and responsive. Perfect vacation!
