The room is very clean, the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable. There is a kettle, tea and coffee stand in the room. Staff helpful and courteous Metrobus stop is very close in front of the hotel, easy to reach.

The hotel is on the main street, there is a lot of vehicle noise.

The staff are very polite and helpfull. They have an open buffet from 13:00 till 21:00 for free including cofee and around 15 types of tea. They put a bag full of choclates daily in my room. They provided me a non smoking room in the backside as I asked for. The breakfast contains a large variety that should please any guest. The metrobus station is facing the hotel. Marmara mall, Carrefour, 5M migross plus a lot of shopping places are a walking distance from the hotel. You can also find many banks near by like QNB ziraat kuwait... One final note is that you can take the airport shuttle HavaIst from a station located around 500m from the hotel.

The wifi connection wasn't stable i had to switch between hotspots.

Nice and clean room with good level of facilities. Breakfast was good and the free snacks in the lobby was an unexpected bonus, the hotel was close to metro, restaurants and shopping malls.

It is not related to the hotel but the area. The hotel area was super noisy, as the hotel is next to the main road and hospitals. I normally sleep early and I found it really difficult to sleep due to the noise. Maybe the windows can be better isolated. The room was a bit small. I was alone and didn’t have any luggage so it was ok for me. The bed was small and not that comfortable. The bed textiles were not of high quality.

Best Hotel I have ever visited, considering the cost and quality, kids loved it, please visit at least once, you would love to go back again there. Firstly the location was perfect, quite but close to few big shopping malls, blue mosque and sultanahmet area was 30-35 minutes away. Relatively new building, with clean and wide rooms. Room cleaning service was amazing. Delicious breakfast, ample varieties, with Turkish touch. From 1:00pm till 9.00 pm, you can eat as much you like from big range of deserts, FREE. You can request your own prefered tea and coffee from almost every type you can even think of again FREE. Kids really liked slushes, Turkish delight and sweet jellies. We used to try different delicacies every day in the afternoon. Staff was very cooperative, especial mention of breakfast manager, Would go back again soon

Don't have anything negative in my mind. But would mention, if they can add ice cream in the afternoon desert buffet specially in summer, that would be great.

My family and I stayed at the Vespia hotel in Istanbul, and I must say it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. But what really surprised us was the free buffet of pastries and a wide variety of herbal teas. It was such a lovely touch! My daughter was particularly thrilled with this unexpected treat and couldn't get enough of it. She kept wanting to go back to the lobby just to indulge in the delicious pastries and teas. Speaking of the lobby, it was a truly delightful space. It was quiet, relaxing, and had a charming ambiance that made it a perfect spot to unwind. Before our stay, we had requested an extra bed, and to our delight, the hotel accepted our request without any additional charge. However, when we entered our room, we realized it was a bit small to accommodate the extra bed comfortably. But the hotel staff went above and beyond to find a solution and offered us a bigger room. We really appreciated their effort to ensure our comfort. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel valued and well taken care of. As for the location, it was perfect for those who prefer to be away from the bustling heart of Istanbul. There were two great shopping centers within a maximum 10-minute walk, which was convenient for us. Overall, our stay at Vespia hotel was one of our best experiences. The warm welcome, the surprise buffet, the lovely lobby, the accommodating staff, and the convenient location all contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. "Such a lovely place" indeed!

The hotel location is next to the metro station which is so good, for taking off your work trip, Room was good clean and the bed was good, they provided all requests, the open buffet was all-time with snacks free which is an excellent move, the staff is talking in English which is good and rear. all over was a good stay and the staff was happy to have me in the hotel I will get back for sure

in-house prices for beverages were high compared with the typical shop, a beer is 200TL which is generally 50TL in the market, there is no open bar open need to work with the restaurant as well.

I can say this hotel is one of the most wonderful places I've been in Istanbul. The staff are not only so friendly but also so professional. Specially the room Service Ozlem, she is professional, she takes care with every small detail at your room to feel you are at home. Don't miss to start a wonderful day with the delicious breakfast served by a professional chef Abdullah and staff specially Mrs. Gülçen. The hotel management has several creative ideas to make your staying is exceptional. I'll leave it to you to discover those ideas by yourself : ) In short you feel like you are at home along with a lovely people. - Airport shuttle bus is just few steps from the hotel. - Metrobus station Guzelyurt is at the front door of the hotel. - Marmara park, one of the biggest shopping centers in Istanbul just 7 min walking from the hotel.
