The hotel is nice and very clean, the staff members are really friendly and helpful, especially Rasha, the manager and Ezgi who is always kind and smiling. The hotel facilities are great. We were a bit worried about some of the negative reviews, but I can say that we really enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit of a distance from the centre, but it is not isolated by any means and there is a nearby metro station and we were able to get around easily by Uber for reasonable prices. By the end of our stay, this hotel felt like home, and we are looking forward to staying there again.

The pool is mixed gender; it would be great if they allocated a few hours of the day for women only. Also, there are several visitors who undergo cosmetic medical procedures during their stay, and seeing them with blood and bandages at meal times can put you off your food.

The hotel has great modern rooms, great breakfast and SUPER SPA facilities especially the Turkish Hammam . The location is also convenient as it's 10 min away from metro station (red line) and 5 min from tram station. We enjoyed our stay

The SPA center (saunas and the hammam ) are opened from 10 am in the morning, but they are not ready for use. It would be good to have them ready for use in the morning starting from 10 as it says on the working hours. Also, the water supply was limited in the SPA facilitates. I expected to have water all the time, so I can drink every time when using saunas, and that I would not have to bring my own bottle

First, let me thank you to the hotel staff! I had a medical emergency during my stay and the staff took really good care of me, they called the ambulance, stayed with me and checked on me later. I really appreciate it! The hotel has well equipped gym and 2 pools, all of them opened during my stay. No issues with room equipment, everything worked as supposed. Breakfasts were very good, a wide selection of food. Forum Istanbul mall is just one subway station from the hotel. A lot of local, not "touristy" cafes around.

The hotel is located approx 7km from the city center, so to get there I needed 45-60 minutes with public transport (due to traffix, taxi was not the best option). On the other hand there are public, tram and subway stations in a walking distance.

Excellent Hotel with a high level customer service, they listen to customers and help in all matters, When we arrived early and tired on the first day, they manage to give us a room and a breakfast. Wonderful Pool and Gym, free access to Sauna and steam bath. Breakfast was very good and complete. You have metro (Sagmalcilar) and a Tram (Rami) stop near the hotel to go to the old town and even Taxi are not very expensive to go the town or malls. You have one big mall ( Forum Istanbul) who is located one station metro after Sagmalcilar (Kocatepe). You have many restaurants and shops in the area called Bayrampaşa. Very good hotel for families and friends...

Reception was really good! Room service and breakfast staffs! Everyone was lovely and friendly. Took my family and they all enjoyed their stay.

For indoor swimming pool you need a cap on which we was not aware. Maybe put a sign up before people get into the pool. Rather then a gym staff coming down and saying we can not swim whilst we was in the pool because we have no Swimming cap! Apart from that everyone was really good. And we enjoyed our stay.

everything was a wonder, actually surprised I did not consider the hotel on my previous visits to this area. The staff are excellent, very approachable and helpful - this included the cleaning staff on the 14th floor.

nothing not to dislike however I did experience a nuisance with the taxi to the airport- the taxi was arranged by concierge and promoted the hotel. I’ve been enough times to Ist airport and Istanbul, unfortunately the driver opted to miss airport entrance and opted to take us around the airport and toll booth. Nothing but a ruse to extort extra monies.
