The hotel was very nice, the food in the restaurant was tasty and unespensive, and the breakfast (was included) and has enough variety. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The location. The name says Izmir Aliaga, and as someone who was visiting for the first time, it was not easy to know that Aliaga is in fact another town/city and not a neighborhood in Izmir. We had to drive quite a while to reach the hotel.

we stayed twice. The first time I would give 10/10 because the room was perfect, breakfast delicious The second time it was worse - we got a room where someone smoked cigarettes (and a lot) and even the hotel staff tried (it was not really in the way I would imagine for a 4* hotel) it did not help. the second time (week difference) the breakfast was just average. parking in front of hotel, convinient.

someone was smikng in the room just vefre we arrived, house keeping did not solve that wifi did not work in the beggining, got better the 2nd stay far from everything (town, shopw) so car is a must

The stuff for exceedingly helpful and friendly staff with older family members, they spoke English which was extremely helpful because we don’t speak much Turkish. The king room was huge and was extremely comfortable, the view was beautiful overlooking the bay. The breakfast was excellent, and even as Europeans, we could move around the Turkish offerings, and the European offerings. Room service dinner was delicious.

Nothing it was perfect. Exceeded expectations.

The hotel is very modern and confortable. The breakfast is good as is the food served in the restaurant. The location suited us since we were driving and from Aliağa we could then explore several places along the coast - without a car the location won't feel as convenient. The cherry on top of the cake, though, is the staff. Overall, they were always very helpful and courteous, but if you're lucky enough to have Nedim at the reception, he'll most definitely take good care of you and ensure you'll have a great stay.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Everything was really good. Clean, new, large rooms. One of the best places we've stayed for a while and a very enjoyable stay.

Only a very minor one, we weren't made aware fresh eggs/omelette were available at breakfast. The kept warm, fried ones weren't great, so it would have been nice to get some fresh to order. We saw others do that but just as we had finished.

The staffs are very warm and well trained. This is the best hotel we ever stayed in Turkey (among 5 hotels in different cities). The room price is so cheap and my friends are surprised with the taken video. We pay tips for staffs who have been excellent in servicing us. Definetely a come back hotel if we do visit Turkey again.

Breakfast is same and limited choices. The taste is below average as Turkish really excellent in cooking.

Superb modern, comfortable and quiet hotel, with quality, well equipped rooms. Very nice and helpful staff, great breakfast. The parking is easy in front of the hotel.

The only thing that disappointed us that the hotel is not flexible in changing the check out date. After 5 nights we had to leave a day earlier, however we had to pay the 6th night as well of our reservation, although we didn't stay for that day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Reem who works at the restaurant. Room was good size, but in order to get a quite room we had to stay in a room without any good view, but it didn't matter mush. Breakfast was great.

The property was far from Izmir city center.

Excellent quiet location. Spacious, clean and modren rooms. The nearby beach park is clean and quiet.

The AC in the rooms is too cold. The sound of dogs barking during the night can be a bit bothersome if you open the window. No swimming pool, but the beach is nearby and hotel gives you free entrance tickets. Breakfast can be improved (quality and variety of items) Tip: close the window, switch on the fan and you can sleep well.

The place was really nice. Has a private beach. Staff are helpful and nice

Wouldn't let us have a family gathering for a surprised Birthday. However, manager did offer us cake on the house and said they would look into holding birthday events in future.
