STUNNING huge swimming pool kept immaculately with wonderful views over the coast and lots of comfy sunbeds with pool towels. Room and bathroom was spacious ( I only had the standard room). Reception staff very helpful. Option of room safe if required for no charge. Location is at the end of the Kalamar Road. Walking distance to town if you are fit but I had hire car as too much for me. Reckon would take a fit person 30 mins to walk in. However two small beach clubs walking distance down the hill and a lot of restaurants in Kalamar road walking distance up the hill ( at least downhill after dinner!). For me the quietness of the location especially at night worked well. Good amount of parking in the hotel parking and just outside. Good basic Turkish breakfast everyday with good service from friendly staff. Option of eggs or omelette to order included. Good lunch and evening menu at poolside , usual Turkish options and well priced for a hotel. Drinks not expensive. Evening entertainment on some evenings with live music. Small children's pool but like the rest of Kalkan not really suitable for small children as many steps so they would require very close supervision. Relaxing place to stay, especially if you just want a poolside holiday with the other Kalkan options nearby. Taxis are still cheap and plentiful and can be ordered within a few mins from reception. Free book exchange in reception if you run out of holiday reading ( any cafes and hotels in Kalkan have a few shelves). Also good for solo traveller, I was with a friend for part of my stay but was perfectly comfortable staying there on my own. Pretty gardens, lots of trees and flowers and all areas clean and tidy.

Didnt find the gym so cannot comment, would have been useful if on arrival I had been told about it. There are a lot of steps- fine for me but certainly no good if you have limited mobility.

Delicious coffee, there is a kicker, a large pool. Beautiful view. Delicious paid lunch and dinner. Far from the center, but after a hearty dinner, what you need

Breakfast was very poor and not varied. They ate the same food for 2 weeks. You cannot drink or eat your own food outside the room.

What a sweet hotel... It is a bit dated around the edges, but like a good bottle of wine, it gets better with age. It is super clean. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is plentiful, and the views are spectacular. Closely located to the local beach as well as numerous restaurants in town. We will definitely stay here again when back in Kalkan.

I wish we would of had the room with open slats balcony instead of a solid wall balcony.

Excellent range of choice at breakfast including chef who cooks omelettes to order. 25m pool, never busy. Jacuzzi. Ping pong. Towels on sunbeds which had removable covers which meant they were always clean. Loads of sunbeds/umbrellas - some facing fab view of sea, some facing pool. Rooms redecorated with new curtains and furniture. Very clean. Complimentary robes and slippers, and toiletries. Plenty of hot water. Powerful shower. Quiet, relaxed, unpretentious vibe. Lovely staff, always keen to help. Reasonably priced bar and food - 2 for 1 happy hour. Best mojito in Kalkan and half price of most in town. You do have to get a taxi into town (5mins) unless you fancy a walk, but rate is set by government so not expensive (£3 each way). Hotel do run a minibus into town too. Restaurants and bars 5 mins walk from hotel are good. Beach club 5 mins walk. Rooms cleaned every day. Really comfy beds. Excellent aircon and wifi - member of our group had meetings in UK during stay and it was better than wifi in Dorset holiday cottage! Router in rooms. Really pleasantly surprised by the hotel - so much better than we had imagined for a 3 star.

Not much of a choice of English channels on telly, but not an issue for us. Bathrooms immaculately clean but dated - heard rumour that they are being updated in coming year.

The best deal i had so far during my stay in Turkey The rooms well furnished come with a balcony and a pool and a sea view The very tasty buffet breakfast is various and served around the pool And last but not least the friendly staff always smiling and greeting do everything to make you comfy

The pool and bar area were beautiful, amazing views and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. We were only there one night but we could have spent many day there. The balcony was large and inviting.

Rooms were a little dated. You need a car if you want to go into downtown Kalkan.

Breakfast was adequate, ate mine siting by the pool looking at the view.

Disappointed with my end bill. I was charged £140 for the airport transfer, where it clearly stated on the advert "Airport Shuttle" as a popular facilities . I doesn't say this is chargeable, spoilt the holiday.

Mostly silent. Nice views from the territory and rooms. Close to the center of the town and 10 minutes ride from Kaputas beach (in top 5 most beautiful beaches of Turkey). Friendly staff. Billiards and big Swimming pool.

Aggressive dogs at night in the streets of Kalkan - it was difficult to walk. Not so tasty food (for me) at the hotel. Swimming pool is not available at night, only since 8 till 20. About a half of the staff speaks English a little (google translate will help you)

the rooms are fabulous , the views stunning , the beds so comfortable the balconies amazing. excellent comfortable su beds. towels, umbrellas and table that rotate fir all your drinks and bits and bobs poolside . great choice for breakfast in comparison to my previous hotels . sun beds on the balcony an added bonus. brilliant x

nothing I didn’t like really . no complaints at all maybe improve the little gym faculty? a few more live music nights ?

Spectacular view from the balcony and from pool area. Quiet place, no cars noise around. You can rest from cities noise. Nice helpful stuff. Special thanks to Hasan for his efforts to make all guests staying happy. Big spacious room with a big balcony. Nice breakfasts and friendly chef. Big clean pool. Not sure whether a sauna is there though, we couldn't find it. There is a beach club close to the hotel with (may be 7-8 mins walk downwards), you can rent there a sunbed (around 100 liras) for the whole day. It is a cliffy one where you go to the water using stairs. We didn't use it since it was still cold at the place, but it looked good. You can have like 25 mins walk to the city center harbor.

It would be great if at least some water was provided to guests per day or prices for bottled water would be smaller.
