The hotel personnel were just natural kind and hospitable from the beginning, until the end of our staying there. They effortlessly know how to make you feel welcomed. The apartment was really spacious and spotless clean, the bed sheets white and good smelling, the beds were really comfortable. Water in the fridge, coffee and tea bags, if you wanted to have some... The bathroom super-clean. The breakfast was execellent and nicely served. Our car was safely parked in their secured parking yard... Although we stayed just for one night, the manager invited us for an excellent turkish coffee served on the hotel shady terrace...I know this hotel will be my first choice, next time when I'll be in Kirklareli.

I wish my English was better to explain my feelings about this place... Let's start from the very beginning, Check-in was smooth and friendly. I entered my room and it was beyond my expectations. Cleaning is the most important part of the stay for me, and the word "Clean" is not enough to say about the place. It was smelling amazing, sheets were clean and ironed, bathroom was clean and provided with everything.  The rooms have a kitchen with every facility, you can bring food and eat inside whenever you wish. But they always ask you whether you need anything even before you ask.  They offer good breakfast and treated me with Turkish coffee afterwards. The Location might seem strange at first, but it is 5min from the centre and also pretty quiet, so this is a chance actually.  Finally, the most amazing part, the staff, I bet you can never find such people anywhere else. They are friendly, kind, caring and also professional. Don't hesitate to ask for some tips about the town and have a nice conversation with them. I am definitely planning to visit this place again

Wonderful and very hospitable place near the borders of Bulgaria and Greece. Very responsive and helpful owner. We arrived very late,he helped us with the delivery of dinner, and with the payment of toll Turkish roads, and in general were ready to answer any questions. We had a spacious and clean room with air conditioning and a washing machine. Here we were able to stay with animals without any problems. Breakfast - buffet and separate Turkish coffee as a compliment from the hotel. We didn't want to leave :) Recommended from the heart!

The staff is SUPER helpful and kind. The breakfast is great. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. There's a nice area outside.

It's noisy. Rooms were being cleaned in the afternoon when kids sleep. Also, some guests were super noisy in the garden at midnight, which, in my opinion, should not be allowed. Only one of the bedrooms had a TV and night stands - the other room was more like a hostel.

We give this wonderful small hotel a top rating. The staff were fabulous and exceptionally helpful from helping us to book train tickets to helping with our bicycles. The rooms and linens are great and loved the small and shady terrace behind the building.

Great hotel! I can definitely recommend it! Location is perfect - less than 5 minutes from the Grand Bazar, and ~10 mins from the center on foot. The hotel has a big private parking so this is a + for everyone traveling with car. Our room was clean, warm and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful! Overall - great value for money!

Clean, the staff is super helpful. Ask for kitchenware you need in advance because by default there's none.

There's no cooker/stove in the kitchen and no microwave so it might not be ideal for longer stays. In winter, the city is covered in coal smoke, as many other cities in the Balkans. The smoke penetrates into rooms through wall holes made for AC pipes.

The staff, at the Moda, were just about as friendly & helpful as you could wish for. The car park was under 24 hour camera surveillance.

We arrived in the dark, and the hotel was quite difficult to find, and in a location that made us a little nervous. The car park, where we left our motorbikes was accessible from the street.

very nice polite stuff, good functional rooms with a washing machine. Table and chairs in the room and a comfortable bed. 1 minute to the supermarket, 5 minutes to the center

actually not much to complain. Little suggestions: add some plates and cutlery to the room. Since the room has a washing machine some possibility to hang wet clothes would be also great.

The staff were super friendly, kind and helpful. They were very considerate and assisted with recommendations. Very hospitable. You get what you pay for and even more. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

There was not a single thing that we didn't like.
