Staff very friendly and the location was great just far enough away from the noisy bars but close enough to access everything around also just a short walk to the beach

Whilst the apartment was spacious with good light it was in need of some modernisation. The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner there were still long dark hairs on the floor from the previous people. The two minor things above were not show stoppers and over all the accommodation was good value and I would stay there again

Senay and Murat were excellent hosts, nothing was too much for them to make this a very enjoyable family holiday for 9 days, 25/5/22 to 2/6/22. Lots of choices from menu, from traditional Turkish breakfast of bread, cheese, fresh tomatoes and cucumber but we also enjoyed beans on toast, scrambled eggs on toast. Good selection from menu for occasional lunch and dinner, recommend soup and mixed grill. Meal request one late evening was speedily prepared and indeed very enjoyable. Kids loved the freshly cooked pizzas. Room 205 with pool view was very comfortable, cleaned every other day with regular supply of clean towels. Large pool always clean and well used by our 9 and 11 year old, plenty of sunbeds for guests.

Pleasant communication with Murat :), helpful staff. Excellent location relative to the beach, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, not far from the old town and Marmaris castle. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean pool. Gorgeous view from the balcony.

The pillows are hard, I would replace them, and sometimes there was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the toilet (sometimes), but since we mostly always went for a walk, it didn’t bother us too much :)

We looked for a quiet location to a fair distance to the beach, and we find this place. Murat, and Senay they are not just landlords, they are friends. The turkish food cooked by them is the best ambassador for the Turkish cuisine, off course they are cooking continent food, that is delicious as well. We spend some lovely nights at the pool with other guests and Murat. Definitely I recommend this place, definitely we will come back.

With a bit of refurbishment they will transform a very lovely place to an perfect one.

The room we had was very spacious and there was everything we needed for a long lazy holiday. The room faced a quiet street with a lot of trees and it was amazing to have meals in the morning and at night on the balcony. We always had hot water in a very good shower and our every need was seen to by Murat, the most hospitable host. We had everything in the kitchen to cook our own meals when it was necessary (and we could buy food in the Migros supermarket which is nearby and offers better choices than the other supermarkets in the area). The internet connection was strong so I could work and have videocalls with no problem. The walk to the sea takes you 8 minutes. The swimming pool is a great bonus to cool yourself after a walk from the beach. A special heartfelt thank you to Murat, the host, for accomodating us as if we were family, for incredible hospitality and an amazing attitude.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great, just out of the hustle and bustle, bed was very comfortable, room had everything I needed, Breakfasts were great, Murat really looked after me during my stay, other guests very respectful, its very quiet so soundproofing is great, room cleaned every day, Murat, his wife and Rose are very friendly, always smiling, when I came down later one day after 12pm Murat still happy to make my breakfast, great place

The weather could have been better!!! having said that broadband is great so happy to lie in bed all day and watch Netflix on a rainy day. There isn't a lift so if you aren't so mobile it might be a problem and the room shown on booking.com was bigger than the one I got, having said that I was travelling alone so don't need all that space, it is very safe and secure here so great is travelling alone

The location is pretty good,close to the shops and the beach. The room was big,cleaning was regular after every 4 nights. The air-condition leaked a couple of days. Later, it was fixed. The host was helpful.

I ordered a transfer from -to the airport Dalaman for 100 euro. The way to the airport was awful, because the air-condition in the car was broken and there was terribly hot.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly.Murat is a very friendly man. Highly recommend.

The owner Murat is a very friendly and helpful host,he is also the chef and pays a lot of attention to your preferences, likes and dislikes. He always seemed to know what time I got up for breakfast and had a coffee waiting for me. He also makes the most delicious and very big breakfasts and he added variety every morning. A real family orientated business that puts a lot of effort into making your stay a memorable one. I will definiely be back. Special mention to resident pooch Carmen who is as friendly as Murat.
