I got a great deal on a lovely seaview room as it isn't main season yet and they aren't offering an all inclusive option until they have more guests. However they did include a fantastic Turkish breakfast with eggs cooked to your liking and a good range of cheeses, olives, pseudo-ham, cereal and hot drinks. The staff and proprietor have been very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Although it is an older building they have clearly kept up to date with fast internet, new AC units and fridge. The location is great, although I am here as a tourist making a stop as part of a bigger trip, not a holiday maker and the overpriced English themed bars in the immediate vicinity don't really interest me. It is very easy to walk down to the Marina, high st, market and old town. Equally you can take a local bus outside to visit lively Icmeler. There is a fancy cafe outside and a bar knocking out cold pints for 85tl.

Nothing.... But I may add, if you like to go to bed before 12 midnight, then it may not be ideal due to the hotels location on seafront.....

Lovely clean room, stayed in room 2108 so low floor which meant that the lobby WiFi still worked in the room. Good decent new TV. Good Aircon . Cheap and cheerful hotel with complimentary buffet breakfast.

the location is more than perfect a sec to be on the beach in the best location in marmaris the location is better than the marina it’s ideal beside the beach cafés restaurant fast food mall and supermarket every thing the bar street is walking from the hotel or 5 minutes by the bus , Turkish breakfast was good , the room size was good too amazing sea view from our room the owner was so helpful and I was asking for especially request and he did it to me so kind from him they putting free water for the guest beside the pool which is so nice thing the internet in the lobby was good too , very good budget price in comparison to the location and service we enjoyed every thing there thanks to serin hotel can’t wait to come back again ❤️

just the rooms windows needs a blackout because the sun enter the room from the early morning as the curtains isn’t enough wish when we come back again this issue would be solved

We stayed in the second building on the fourth floor with a sea view. There was free wifi throughout the building and it worked well. Room service was provided twice during our 7 night stay. They changed the bed sheets, towels and replenished the toiletries.

Great value for money! Beachfront location qas good too and near all marmaris attractions. Excellent breakfast. Healthy and tasty. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Even gave me a sea view room for free. They were kind. Pool was nice and bar was cool. Recommended for solo and couple travellers. If I return to marmaris I know where to stay

Hospitable and accommodating staff. Good location considering the spot being a hot one anyways. Clean. Peaceful. Shaded spots are precious during summer heat. The pool is clean and great.

Surrounding places blast music way into the wee hours of the night.

Great location literally 2 minutes away from the beach. Rooms are a good size and perfect for what you need. Pool area is nice and quiet for you to enjoy the sun. Staff are so lovely and kind and will look after with any problems you have. Genuinely really nice people.

Loved everything.

Great location. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, nice clean bathroom. The value for money on this place is unreal! It is so close to the beach and all the seaside restaurants and cafes. A really great place to base yourself, especially if you are planning on adventuring all day and just need somewhere to sleep at night. The staff were lovely.
