Great service and breakfast! The reception staff were very considerate and helpful, and the cleaning staff were very friendly!
The wifi was very difficult to log into and even then it was slow and often disconnected.

The only uncomfortable moment was because just the only one of the staff members speaks english. For some reason entering this address in Google maps send us to the complete different area, so we couldn’t find the hotel, so calling the hotel and trying to find out was problematic. Also when the earthquake happen it caused me good hour to find out what I should expect this night in terms of security. Person on receiption just said wait a minute and gone, 20 min after I found him sipping tea, so i repeated my questions, plus “do you speak english”, he said “of course” wich confused me again, I thought I must be misunderstood. But when he started to check my personal data and said “it’s ok, no problem” I realised…..overall it’s a nice clean hotel and breakfast is good👌 Just communication made me get couple of grey hair🌚
