The location is great, hotel management kindfully arranged a room with gorgeous Selimiye view. Breakfast is very fulfilling with a good variaty. We only tried dinner once and it was good also. Swimming pool is clean again with a perfect view. Rooms are clean, it was a little bit small but other than that it was perfect with comfy beds, clean bathroom with accesories etc. Also Hotel Management kindly let us to do a late check out free of charge. I will totally recommend Les Terrasses De Selimiye and will visit there again whenever it is possible.

Breakfast was amazing! The best that Turkey has to offer. Plentiful, delicious, varied. I loved the grilled cheese, the bread, selection of jams, the way tomatoes were served. View is to die for. We booked the property because of the view and the experience was magical. Quality of the rooms, great toiletries in the bathroom, towels, pillows - no complaints here. Everything fresh and clean. Pool - water was pleasantly warm and it was magical swimming at sunset looking at all the boats

There were families with kids staying at the property. I read about kids in other reviews and it was our main reason for only booking one night. We got to spend some time by the pool in the evening with no kids around, but couldn’t use it next morning because parents had kids playing by the pool while having breakfast

Such a lovely hotel. The view is amazing from both the pool side and the room balcony. The staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with a little variation each morning. We ate there one evening and that was also very good. The hotel.is very clean and the room was just right for 2 people. The hotel is walking distance to the sea and although it is uphill on the way back we didn't find this a problem. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if visiting selimiye.

It is located at the slopes of Selimiye Town. 15 mins walk from town, yet It has pretty nice view. Rooms are not spacious but enough for 2. Almost each room has a Selimiye bay view. Our sweet host Burak told us there’s honeymoon rooms which are more private and also nice terrace with a view. For our 4 nights of stay, we spent each dinner at the hotel, prepared by a talented chef. Try mutebbel and fırında levrek for sure!! No need to mention great breakfast served with delicious turkish tea.

Love everything! Second time staying there, the views perfect, the restaurant tasty, the rooms are cozy and very clean, breakfast delicious and big) The very nice beach with stunning blue water with appropriate infrastructure is available for free. Selemie downtown and the beach is 10-15 min walking distance, but keep in mind to come back you will need to go up the hill which can be a little bit hard. Everything was near-perfect, the view and serenity from the place overall and the pool, the super-friendly and supportive staff, the great home-made turkish-style breakfast, etc etc.

Only real room for improvement is the plumbing/water situation which they are aware of. Often no hot water in shower or once no water at all. But in hot weather and quick fixes (mostly) not the biggest issue

The view is exceptional from everywhere in the hotel, especially if you are staying in a room with sea view. Price is fair compared to Selimiye average. Breakfast is great as well. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

There is nothing we didn’t like however you should keep in mind that the hotel is on a hill and transportation via car will be required especially in hot weather

View over Selimiye was stunning. Pool was small but clean and plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the view. Room was clean, however slightly small. Breakfast was 10/10, fresh bread, eggs, cheese, salad, fries each morning. Perfect stay for a few nights.

WiFi was intermittent throughout our stay. No tea or coffee facilities. The walk into the village is roughly 20-30 minutes and is a steep incline on the way up. Okay if you have a car but quite a trek if by foot.

Amazing view from balcony and pool area. Friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast. Lovely little kitten chilling out by the pool with us. Parking for our hire car.

Water pressure very low, made showering difficult. No offer of a refill of coffee at breakfast. Sun beds by pool uncomfortable.
