Everything! The hotel its absolutely gorgeous and they have great food as well. But without doubt the best was the staff. Everyone was so kind. It was my bday and they surprised me with a piece of cake and also a little souvenir. I definitely can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

There’s nothing I didn’t like. The location its maybe not the best if you are doing a lot of things in Goreme ir around and you dont have a car. However, the staff offers a free shuttle and also they are always available to drive you ti the closest bus stop and then catching a bus to Goreme is less than 1€. I travelled with no car and had no problem.

Very beautiful boutique hotel in Nar, suburban of Nevşehir. First, our gratitude to Oktay-bey, the hotel’s owner. Oktay is very heart man with beautiful style feelings. Hotel built partly inside the rock, partly as a buildings, so there are as normal rooms as cave rooms with amazing views. Every room is decorated with beautiful style. The hotel is situated on a rock slope and consists of several altitude levels. There is a restaurant on a middle level with tables as inside as outside. The breakfast is fixed but very tasty with omelettes, fried potato, sausages, vegetables, cheese, jams and water melon. Especially impressed - a tea set in a Turkish style. The dinner should be ordered. It was delivered from another restaurant but it was very speedily. There is own wine room. As hotel is situated in a small village, there is a relaxing silence at evening and at night. The time to center of Nevşehir is 5 minutes, to Uçhisar iş 15 minutes, to Göreme is 20 minutes. We needed to rent a car. After our request the car was delivered directly to the hotel. So we thank Oktay separately.

Sleeping in one of these caves houses was a truly unique experience. The place is out of a dream. It is beautiful, very clean, and surprisingly incredibly comfortable (it is a cave!) The bed is super comfortable, the room is quiet, the bathroom is nice with good shower and soap. Staff are lovely, and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, taken on the terrace over looking the gorge that separates Nar from Nevşehir. Nar is very interesting to explore on foot.

There are not many shops or eateries at walking distance from the hotel. You either have to walk for 30 minutes along roads with not so good pavement, or take a taxi or shuttle. I did both, and that's OK. I guess it is the price to pay to have a unique cave house experience instead of staying in a standard hotel in Nevşehir! Oh and breakfast starts at 8:30 so can be too late depending on your schedule. I was told on check out that they can prepare a simple early breakfast for people who need to leave early - I should have asked 😁

I loved the quiet location, you could stroll around the area and see more of the volcanic changes to the scenery. However, there was a free shuttle service into Nevsehir or Goerme every morning and evening. The facilities were extremely comfortable and they had extra touches such as open fires and a music wine cellar. They noticed your choices and they anticipated your needs in a soft gentle manner. Quality toiletries. They have a variety of tours which they can offer.

That not every hotelier especially in Turkey have invested in customer services, as this hotel does. Plus they are adding more facilities, other places just stay as they are

Beautiful property! We couldn’t have asked for a more magical cave hotel experience. We stayed in the very swanky room with a pool in it, and got an excellent rate as it was winter/ off season. Amazing value for money and they’d heated the pool and the room before we arrived. It was very cold weather during our stay but the hotel was toasty and cosy. The terrace area is beautifully lit and the food in the dining room was delicious. Wonderful traditional Cappadocian experience. The staff were so amazing, great communication before we arrived, helping to accommodate all of our requests, arranging airport transfers, and letting us have breakfast when we first arrived as we wouldn’t be here for it the day we left. They can arrange tours and balloon rides for you if you need as well.

The hotel is quite far out of town, about 20 mins drive to Goreme. It was fine for us and we liked that it was quiet, and they have a free shuttle twice a day. You just need to plan around that if you’ve got activities booked in Goreme. The shuttle is at 6pm from Nevsehir so you need to get a bus there, or if you miss it get a cab. The room did get a bit humid and stuffy due to the pool feature but we got used to it.

The stuff were incredible!! We felt like we had personal assistants, always taking care of our needs and making sure we have the best experience. Mustafa and Shami were the best hosts we have ever had. They were attentive, funny, easy to talk to, kind and always helpful. The food, the service, and the decoration were amazing !!!! The beds were very comfortable. It's a very charming place. There are many stairs so maybe you want to keep that in mind , but for us it was just fine, it was our daily workout :) They helped us book all the trips and activities, they always helped us calling taxis even When we were not in the hotel, they arranged transportation back to the airport, and they are building and adding more things to the hotel !! We are definitely comming back.

This place is amazing. We wanted to experience staying in a cave hotel and we couldn't have chosen a better place. All of the staff cannot do enough for you. They will assist with bookings, advice and anything you might need. Interiors were lovely and bed was very comfortable. Fresh towels and cleaning provided if needed. Breakfast was amazing a true Turkish breakfast experience with a load of choice. Breakfast room had lovely views also. They have recently opened a swimming pool which was a bonus, it was lovely to relax in there after a day of sightseeing. Area was quiet and tranquil right in the heart of Cappadocia. You may see comments about the stairs and yes there is a lot of them for the top rooms ( some rooms are lower down ) but this shouldn't worry you (unless you have mobility issues) as staff will help with luggage ect. I feel a little fitter after my three day stay also 😄 worth mentioning we had a car which personally I would reccomend to get the most out of your stay in the area.

My only small thing is I would have liked to be able to remove some things from breakfast as I didn't want to waste food and some things we reoccuring (eg olives) that we wouldn't eat.

They treated me like a princess, and even more like family. I traveled as a solo female and I felt safe and welcomed. As a surprise they upgraded my room once the cave house room became available and also organized airport transfer for me. The manager and her son took me out to the mall to get some money from the ATM and I spent some great time with them. The rooms were extremely clean and the food was great. I was sad to leave. I highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn’t like, my stay was perfect. If you have mobility issues or are disabled there is no elevator and lots of steps so this place may not be right for you. Also I recommend renting a car.

To begin with the hotel is located in a quiet quaint village just very near to Neveshir Airport. The room we stayed in had a balcony from where the view is simply amazing . Though it's not somewhere where you can hope to see the hot air balloons flying but the views of sandstone were worth everything. The breakfast served was traditional Turkish breakfast completely amazing experience. The restaurant is beautiful in a traditional kind of way offering a beautiful view where you can enjoy quiet dinners amidst lights and music. The bestest part of the hotel is by all means is Ponchu the most adorable and cutest dog . He was friendly and kept the guests entertained with his cuteness.

The wash room can do with some upgradations.

We had a great experience. The hotel was in a quiet location and made huge efforts to help us enjoy our time in the area, offering access to all kinds of tours and opportunities. Breakfast was excellent as so many guests have noted, and we really enjoyed the very inexpensive dinners you can order via a local restaurant, they arrived on time and were high quality. Several of the staff speak English. Although many people have mentioned the stairs and there are indeed many, for anyone able bodied it is not daunting (I'm in my 60s and not particularly fit, and my room was at the very top). The decor is strikingly tasteful and beautiful. It was fun to stay in a place with few other Europeans and offered a very local experience. The hotel is currently expanding which bears witness to their success. Although others noted that there is nothing to do in the immediate area, the small village of Nar is quite charming (if partly ruined) and this place is 20 minutes' drive from Goreme, but it is not really in the middle of nowhere. The peace and lack of crowds, even on a Turkish holiday week, were the best part. We did several tours including ballooning, and I cannot imagine what it's like staying in the middle of Goreme with minivans grinding past pretty much 24 hours a day. The owners were really nice as was the young Afghan man who was working at the hotel. This place also offers the opportunity to actually stay inside a cave, at half the price of similar establishments in Goreme.

We didn't dislike anything, but there are certain downsides of 'cave dwelling' - the rooms can be a bit damp. While it's great that they are cool in summer, some rooms are better than others for temperature control and comfort. However, we signed up for staying in a cave so we have nothing to complain about. Note that there is no daily room cleaning, but if you ask for anything they immediately take care of it. It would be difficult to stay here with no car, although the hotel does offer shuttle service into Goreme and taxis are available.
