actually, we like the facility and the activity of the hotel

I didn't like the staff in the reception as at the time of the check-in the reception was so busy and we didn't have anyone to help us to take our luggage from the hotel entrance or to the room , we were taking our luggage by ourself ز We were surprised by the lack of any kind of welcome at the hotel lobby. Usually, resorts have an exceptional welcoming to their guest, and this is what we missed, especially since our visit was during a peak season, so it was the duty of the hotel management to work on that. Moreover, the gozleme lady was so roud with the guest like she is giving the guest from her pocket. the

Very clean Luxurious Very good food, having been to antalya 3 times, this was the best. Nice staff, in terms of cleaning and waiters.

Reception staff need training. No smiles, no emotions, somewhat rude. First impressions count when walking in to Resort.

Generally staff was nice, food is not bad (good beef in the main restaurant), ample of facilities and services to make a comfortable holiday.

Food was seemingly thrown to waste instead of potentially giving it to a charity or food bank. Guest relations could not help with a few easy questions and had difficulty with English, e.g. whether a la carte Italian restaurant meat was halal (they were not aware what halal is in a Turkish country). My wife's hamam treatment was shorter than described. Italian a la carte restaurant food and experience was awful (except for the main itself which was okay).

the hotel is amazing. lots of food and activities. want to appraise Emir the guy who works at the water slides he is amazing and very kind to every one. also mustafa at the lobby bar.

the employees at the reception desk are super rude and not nice, they are not welcoming and when we arrived we were afraid that all of the employees at the hotel will be rude. but it is only them, in addition they don’t know English and that is very problematic.

Our stay at the Mylome Hotel was simply delightful! A big thank you to the whole Mylome team, especially the the diligent housekeeping team, lovely guest relations girls, the fantastic F&B and bar staff. Special kudos to the animation team, particularly Berkay, who, despite his tricky work shift ending at 3 AM and starting again at 8 AM for water volleyball, still brought so much joy and energetic energy. He tried his best and truly deserves a promotion and bonus. Mehmet Sahanwnd and Hakan Yesildag from the F&B team were also outstanding. Your hard work has been noticed, and hopefully, the management team will take prompt action and reward you all accordingly. Everyone's efforts made me and my partner stay truly memorable. Thumbs up to all for an unforgettable experience!

I loved it all, nothing to dislike

We really liked our swim-up room in the 7th floor, spacious and comfy. Pool from our room was heated, so it was enjoyable even at night. Hotel had a nice big pool area. Didn't have to worry that there is not enough sunbeds. Drinks were super, good coctails from the bar, also imported alcohol. Food was great, big selection of desserts. We enhoyed our stay.

Our room wasn't ready, we had to wait and they couldn't tell how long, so that was quite annoying. Spa jacuzzi with cold water.

It seemed that everyone had bought into their culture of customer service! Attention to detail on angles of customer service, facility design and comfort, planning and execution was amazing. Wonderful value for the money!

Our exeprence with the Italian restaurant of La Gustosa A"la Carte on our last night of stay. FAILURE service, disrespectful approach!

Friendly staff, good service, many food options and a good quality of food, kids' club, beautiful design of rooms and public spaces, beautiful and well-cared for garden, great evening shows, well-planned territory (although relatively small), heated outdoor pool, impressive indoor spa area (with finnish sauna, steam sauna, hamam, pool).

The beach area was not properly cleaned (stones, vegetation, litter in the water), sand is mixed with a lot of stones on the beach volleyball playground, not many activities available for teenagers, the animation team is pretty passive.

Modern-looking, clean, comfortable and large rooms. Great choice of food and desserts in buffet restaurant. Many bars with good quality drinks and alcohol. The hotel area wasn't noisy with loud and horrible music as it usually happens in Turkish hotels.

Seaside isn't really fantastic in this area. Very small beach.
