I really liked the architecture of the building and the garden. pool was clean,amazing, staff of restaurant better than reception It was good holiday on This Hotel.

wifi in the hotel is very annoying, it never worked, Reception staff unfriendly&amateur, They are always busy collecting money. Better to change the name of Reception desk to Cashier office Extra room key 10 euro(( , At dinner they don’t have Juice , price is open buttet is 300 Tl, Furniture on the rooms are old, Dear hotel staff, on booking com My reservation rate is FINALLY PRICE I DON’T care is Tl was up or was down, or Euro was up or down ,

Very beautiful and peaceful hotel. It has 2 big pool and loads of sun beds. I loved the Mountain View from the pool. Lovely restaurant and a bar outside. Breakfast was great and they changed menu everyday. We had few drinks at the bar and there’s lovely gentleman called Sefa. He made great cocktails. Everyone was friendly. I saw staff going around and talking to kids during breakfast and even holding babies so parents could eat. The location was perfect. 10-15min to the restaurants and beach. I loved how peaceful it was. No loud music, very relaxing atmosphere.

WiFi was extremely weak in our room. We had to go outside to connect. Also recommend to bring your own beach towels since there’s non at pool area.

The place is so beautiful with attention to details in every corner. Very photogenic. If you like taking pictures, you will love this place. Despite the negative remarks below, i would still come back here. Al of us adults and kids loved it. Mehmet and front desk staff are beautiful. Restaurant manager is amazing and sincere. Minimarket owner is beautiful.

I felt staff were in experienced. Several things indicated this below are some examples: water kittle in room was not clean and discoyraging to use. Room service did not bother wash the cups nor used spoons in the room. We asked reception for extra bed which never showed up. One time went to reception to request extra blanket for which the staff got in a fight for unknow reason. On checkout day i asked reception to send help to bring luggage down (since alot of stairs where involved due to nature of hotel) but no one showed up. The spa was a bit strange as they do not charge to your room nor they like credit card payment, has to be cash.

There was a lot of false advertising with the one pool that we weren’t allowed to use. That pool is the face of the whole hotel but only very few rooms have access to it.

Great premises. Two pools for use by all guests (one private pool). Awesome staff. Quieter location. Good walking distance to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very helpful staff. Highly responsive to queries on booking.com Lots of nearby day trips/ activities. We had an absolute blast. Cleaning was done every day. And breakfast was amazing and a highlight everyday. I enjoyed the breads, jams, and cheese, although there was lots of normal English breakfast items as well. Also, the breakfast was varied everyday. We had dinner a few times as well and it was good.

Standard rooms were very basic (this is not a complaint as the rooms were clean with everything one would need). Beds were hard, although we still slept fairly well. Bedding needs to be more comfortable for a better nights sleep. But again, I am nitpicking.

Vibe of the hotel.

Rude unhelpful staff. At checkout, we were told that the bell boys are on leave so we should drag our own luggage to the reception. After insisting that we need help with the luggage, they sent someone who only helped us with 2 out of 6 bags and then disappeared. After waiting for 20 mins, they sent another person who finally helped us with 2 bags and we dragged 2 bags on our own. Rooms are extremely tiny. Bathroom is very small. Barely any space to walk if you have a full size suitcase.

Nice and beautiful hotel, very green. 3 pools, one pool only for bungalow guests. Main pool very clean, one side with wide steps. Opposite side like entrance to sea, good for all. Breakfast like open buffet, tasty and ok. Nice bar and barmen, provide tasty cocktails. From hotel to beach 10 minutes of walk. To restoraunts same. Silent zone of Oludeniz, no noise from disco. Rooms very clean, have AC and very small refrigerator, TV, balcony. Hotel is located in few levels, but no any lifts. It can be not comfortable for old peoples. Staff friendly, you can order transfer from/to hotel. Internet no so quickly and not ideal, but it is typical problem for all hotels in Oludeniz, better use mobile Internet, you can find sale point of Vodafone on central street.

Low light in bathroom, for shaving and make up it is not comfortable. King bed is not solid bad, it is 2 standard beds stay together. And not fixed.

The hotel is gorgeous, beautiful, cosy rooms and gardens. I really loved and enjoyed staying at this hotel, specially the garden outdoor area. Great location 10 min walk to the beach, and market and restaurants just outside the hotel, 2 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. 💕

The internet in my room did not work at all, but maybe its a good thing i had to sit in pretty garden/bar area to use internet. 😊

rustic chic design was great. 2 lovely swimming pools plus a private one foe bungalow guests (not for us). there is an in-house spa with a great list of treatments. there were in-house colourful pet birds which were lovely.

the food was not great, we ordered a fajita and it was not good, we also ordered chicken fingers and they were cold inside (undercooked). the breakfast buffet was ok but need a bit more meat options such as sausage or cold cuts.

Everything was so lovely. In the hotel, my favourite is nature, you feel like you are in the jungle. Pools are clean, but a bit cold water. Breakfast has plenty of options. Room is so romantic. And super spa to have a perfect relax with massage.

Sometimes there was no fresh yogurt for breakfast. On the last days of the season, the buffet was closed for breakfast, everyone was served a standard set of food. However, you could additionally ask for anything you want.
