The view is amazing, exactly how it is shown in web photos on Sera Lake. They care about service. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel and rooms are super clean. I used their VIP car for tour in the last day of my stay and I felt that I messed up as I could have used it earlier as it is very comfortable and luxury. I suggest that you don’t book tours in advance and you could just use their VIP car if you’re traveling with family.

There is not a single thing that I didn’t like. The worse thing about Trabzon is about transportation, and expensive taxi’s. Uber is not available in Trabzon. Plan your days with using the hotel VIP car for family daily tour.

Everything was great at this hotel except for the breakfast. I never experienced such a poor breakfast from any hotel in all of Turkiye. Nothing was fresh and there was barely any food. No fresh juice, only tea or Nescafe was offered. When we saw a Turkish family arrive for breakfast they were treated completley different and offered table service with freshly prepared breakfast.

Didn't like the breakfast treatment we received as tourists compared to locals staying at the hotel.

My wife and I had a great experience in the hotel, and here's why: Breathtaking lake view from the windows and terrace. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they would go the extra mile for you even if it's out of their scope. The room atmosphere and decoration will give you total relaxation, especially the dimmed lightning. The breakfast was very delicious and top quality, also unlike other hotels there's a nice variety each day. Sincere thanks to Wessam & Tarek for their excellent service and hospitality. They didn't make us feel like strangers at all! Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely go there again.

Loved the staff and service from day one. Yusuf, in the restaurant is the absolute best in this field. Both my wife and I felt like family to them. Even though our trip was only 4 nights, thanks to Yusuf and the chef Remzi, each day was special, delicate and pleasant for us. Thank you dear Sera lake resort staff for the unforgettable experience. We fell in love with Turkey and the people thanks to your exceptional human qualities. I wish you never ending love my friends.

TV does not work, no English channels, no youtube, this is sub par. Washing machine does not work but takes up space in the room. Please turn on for small clothes.

- great view on mountains from the room and the restaurant - cleanliness - large bathroom - good breakfast - some staff is really supportive

- a bit far from city center with all infrastructure - most people in the restaurant don't know even basic English (even their own menu) - restaurant staff doesn't know how to execute rather simple request (comparing with international hotel chains), e.g. eggs benedict for the breakfast - misleading from one young lady on reception who works usually during the nights: she offered lower currency exchange rate (1 USD = TRY 24), while other employees offer standard rate during the same days (1 USD = TRY 28) - we had New Year celebration in the restaurant there, and staff cleaned tables too early, it was disappointing for a lot of visitors - not convenient wifi password (based on passport number)

Literally everything was more than perfect, a special thanks to Wessam she’s the most welcoming person, she made sure that everything goes smoothly, without her the vacation wouldn’t be that perfect, and a huge love for the chef Ramez, he’s so friendly and the food was more than amazing really, i ate that best cheese plate ever by him and the bakeries by the talented chef Rabya was so delicious really, and also the restaurant manager was very kind and always taking care of everyone and made sure that everyone is satisfied, and also the receptionist Arwa was very very helpful and all her recommendations was very helpful and good. Finally a thank you for Wessam is really not enough she deserves a more than thank you, I delayed my plan 7 hours just to enjoy the morning by the amazing chef Ramez and to see wessam and thank her 🤍

Nothing everything was more than perfect

Good value for money, room lake view, taxi service 24 hours , cleanliness, the reception guy his name starts with G was very helpful and decent he made our stay very easy , delicious food for all meals , in general recommended for who is searching for calmness and meditation

Behavior of the Information desk lady for tours was not as accepted at all , I asked her to repeat what she mentioned about specific tour and she replied that she already answered my question with no even simple smile! and even the tours price is too much expensive compared to other travel agencies, Uzongol tour was there about 100 $ and we got an offer from another agency by 60 $ for the same program.

I have been traveling for ten years to Europe, the US, and Turkey, but this resort was exceptional. The staff is very helpful, especially Wissam and the Turkish guy Huzayfa. The location is built for relaxation, situated on Sera Lake. Additionally, the rooms are isolated and spacious enough to enjoy your stay. The room's TV had a wide range of channels in different languages, including Arabic channels. They offer private and public trips to visit tourist places such as Uzungol and Ayder Plateau. Each trip costs around $140 for a family of four. The hotel also manages a driver with a private car named Ibrahim (+905374500151), who was incredibly helpful in visiting most of the Trabzon areas through him. I highly recommend the resort.

I cannot say that I did not like it, but it is an additional recommendation for such resorts. I have always known resorts as a place which has activities at night since people enjoy their mornings and come back to the resort in the evening. There are limited activities at night, mainly the restaurant, the spa, and a very small market for snacks. It did not bother me since I have a family with two rooms, but there might be a need for additional activities if single people are there.

I was informed that one massage is included in the hotel price. I wanted a woman to do it for me, but the man at the reception at the Spa said that her schedule is full for several days in advance. Therefore, I had to get a massage from a man, which was very uncomfortable for me. But when after the massage I asked if it was possible to make an appointment with a woman for a paid massage, he was ready to make an appointment for me at any time and on any day(

I chose this hotel for the location and I was right it was the best choice out of the noise and pollution of the city, but so near to it. Beside the fantastic location and of course view, i discovered a place I want to go back every time I am in Trabzon and also I want to recommend to my friends. The service is amazing, the workers are all very kind, profession and loving people always trying to help out and make their guests feeling at ease. The breakfast in the terrace is by far one of the best I had on all my life. Not mentioning the breathtaking view.. The room has everything you need to feel a king on the hill: very comfortable very warm, the bathroom is big with bath tube and a lot of fantastic hot water. The spa is open until late which gives the opportunity to enjoy a full day of activities and then relax in sauna or steam bath or with a massage with the 2 balinese sweet ladies or the super professional manager of the spa. They also have a gym in the spa where everything is perfectly working . Everything and everywhere is Super clean! Thanks to all the staff for the magical staying!
