The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was always willing to help. My family loved the water park. At first, we thought we would not be able to swim as a family based off other comments, but the water park is available for families to enjoy together. However, the indoor pool has certain times for males and females.

Everything was very nice, but the location is a bit far from the city so a rental car is necessary if you want to enjoy the city or other areas in the region.

It is an outstanding resort, starting from the stuff who were very helpful and friendly. I specifically thank Mr. Abdulsamad for his professionalism and taking care of us. The room and furniture were almost new, loopy and restaurant were very clean and hygiene. The internal and external swimming pools were clean. My kids and myself enjoyed playing and swimming in the pool. I highly recommend this resort to enjoy your time with your family.

The staff are very friendly specially mr abdulsamad he is very professional and very helpful and appreciate customers also another young turkish staff who speaks very well english but i forgot his name he is super and always helpful

I suggest that all females should wear caps when they are in the swimming pool because i saw some hair in the water. This is the only thing

The view is amazing, exactly how it is shown in web photos. They care about service. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel and rooms are super clean. I used their VIP car for tour in the last day of my stay and I felt that I messed up as I could have used it earlier as it is very comfortable and luxury. I suggest that you don’t book tours in advance and you could just use their VIP car if you’re traveling with family.

The location was really clear to reach, the sea view. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The facilities were good & clean rooms. The breakfast was tasty, good varieties with nice portions. It’s a good value for money. I fully recommend this place & definitely will be back.

Staff were very kind and helpful especially mr. Behzad Hotel is very clean and spotless. We had decided to stay in hotel for 2 days first; but after my childs played in aquapark of hotel we stayed longer. Aquapark of hotel is amazing 😍. Best location for families.

The location of this facility was fantastic. Hospitality & service of the staff was exceptional. The bed was super comfy, The breakfast was good, and the area around the hotel was neat and clean. I recommend anyone wanting to visit Trabzon to stay at this hotel.

the water park with comfortable room plus nice staff and really appreciate there support in making my Two room close to each other although was very crowded day for them

all Ok. its around 20 min from Trabzon Maydan but was very nice rest of 2 night far from busy place

the staff were very friendly ( murad & mustafa) creidits goes to them. they were very helpful always smiling they never say no to all my request. i will come back again just a small note the breakfast need to improve as there no much options all in all its a clean hotel i love the view and location
