The exceptional staff esp.. Selenay and Selim made our stay very comfortable. Selenay is a gem of a sweet girl. They both offered my wife their warm clothes, booked our cabs, restaurants , tours etc.and always had a smiling face. It was a cute property, the simple breakfast was also good.

The room was overdone with many things, the lighting was quite dim and there was no restaurant at the property making it difficult for vegetarians. A kitchenette would have been helpful.

Our host, Mr Timurhan and his staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful in their respective roles. They went all the way to make our stay there very comfortable. Mr. Timurhan arranged almost everything for us from our arrival at Nevsehir airport to Pegas Cave Suites, bookings of hot air balloon and day tours. When the transport for the tours arrived, the staff called us. We just have to wait in our room. He personally checked us into our room and even drove us to the trekking site. Breakfast, included in our stay, was excellent and prepared in house by the staff. The room was clean, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. There were chairs and tables at the courtyard outside the rooms for us to relax, enjoy the cool air and view the sunrise. The hotel is situated in Urgup, a much quieter and cleaner location as compared to Goreme. Location was perfect as the hotel is a walking distance to the town center with many eateries and public transportation. Mr. Timurhan gave us a surprise bonus when he upgraded us to a bigger room with a private spa on our last day and night there! Thank you Mr Timurhan. We enjoyed it very much. If we do return to Cappadocia, Pegas Cave Suites will be our first choice.

Since its location is in the centre of Urgup, you can easily walk everywhere in Urgup city centre.Although the breakfast should be as it should be in a boutique hotel, you should not expect too much.It is a boutique hotel where the employees are extremely polite.

Would 100% recommend Pegas Cave Suite hotel. If you're heading to Cappadocia, there's nowhere better. Location is perfect to access the various activities in the region within 10-15 mins. Open air museum, Horse Riding, ATV, Spa experience etc. What's even better is that the amazing manager at Pegas will support you with organising and booking these activities, including pick up and drop off. He knows everything about the region and will give top recommendations for whatever you need, including top restaurants which are walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with massive and comfortable beds and an amazing bathroom with a spacious bathtub and shower. Air conditioning is perfect as well, in case you go during the summer. Wifi router in each room ensures that you will always be connected to super fast internet. Breakfast is great, with the chef coming in every morning to prepare typical Turkish food for breakfast, as well as making eggs/omelettes in whichever way you like. A wide selection of fruit, bread and jams are also on offer with tea/coffee offered as well. Overall, this is world class hospitality. Super glad to have stayed at Pegas Cave Suite hotel and cannot wait to come back one day!

We came in the early morning, doors were locked and couldn't get in and nobody present in the lobby. Lucky we had a car so we weren't freezing 😁 BUT not a big deal. It was a pleasent stay and we got a nice anniversary cake as apology so all good

Everything was very good: room, breakfast, service, small garden with the tables and fountain. The boss of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. All staff is very professional. The boss booked Red tour for us: the price and the quality was very good! Breakfasts were excellent! Thank you very much! We liked the hotel a lot. We will come again.

i do wish the property had more amenities for a five star. the room was exceptional but not much else outside. I would have wanted to see a more traditional Turkish breakfast.

The location is fantastic, it was perfect stay in Ürgüp, beautiful town with extraordinary formations, cultural heritage and peaceful. Only 10 minutes by bus to Göreme for 10 liras. We highly recommended this Cave hotel. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Room was amaizing and comfortable. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and very good hot water shower. The manager Timur helped us in organizing ours stay in Capadoccia. Staff was very helpful, profesional and friendly. Free WiFi and TV channel in English too. Breakfast was very good, a traditional Turkish breakfast that was of great quality and quatity. It was absolutely delicious. We can without a moments' hesitation recommend this lovely Cave hotel in Ürgüp (Cappadocia).

Amazing location, ambiance, breakfast. Would recommend everyone to stay here, in such a lovely and peaceful, clean and tidy town. Hotel staff specifically Mr. Temur, aunt at breakfast is very helpful and will provide maximum assistance in making your trip memorable and joyful. Town is bit small but extremely tidy and full of life. Hotel is newly constructed and is exactly as per picture shown in booking.com. 100 percent satisfied with my stay here. Such a value to money this hotel is. Highly recommended to stay here.

Urgup is bit away (20-30 min) from goreme, where balloon air ride normally occur. If someone is fond of watching balloon in morning and also enjoys rushy and congested area then goreme is better place. Otherwise Urgup is by far better place to enjoy serene, peaceful and naturally oriented environment.
