The location is spot on, close to the city centre and relatively close to the fortress. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was almost no breakfast. I mean, when I came to the restaurant at breakfast time, it seemed as if they were to start bringing food (there were only some small jams and bread on the counter), but there was nothing more. This being Van, I went out to have proper breakfast at one of the kahvalti salonlari (it was kind of hard to find it at Sunday morning and during Ramazan, but I managed), and when I came back to hotel, I found out that the situation hasn't changed - the restaurant was empty and almost without food. Also, the receptionists' English was pretty basic for a five-star hotel.

I really liked the location and the view from the windows. The staff, especially a lady and a gentleman at the reception and the gentleman who helped us with the baggage (unfortunately I forgot to ask their names :-( ), were so nice and friendly. We checked in one hour earlier and it was not a problem by the staff. The rooms were big and the beds were so comfy. The rooms were so clean, especially the sheets and the bathroom, which are so important for everyone to be clean. The dining area and also the breakfast were really good. There were various fresh options for breakfast you would enjoy. Looking forward to going back😃

Breakfast is always the same and breakfast area is too narrow

A good quality, comfortable hotel. Quiet location, ten minutes walk to the busy shopping end of the street. The girls on the reception desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, even though it did not change from day to day. Supermarket and restaurants a few minute walk away.

Shower had no door so the bathroom floor became awash. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss some days.

Staff were attentive, friendly (especially Daria), and highly professional, evidently with years of experience in hospitality. The location of the hotel was also ideal. The aircon was perfect. The room felt clean. Starbucks coffee is an asset.

The pillows were too firm. I believe the sound proofing could be improved (outside the hotel) but considering how central the hotel is, I was able to sleep comfortably.

Wonderful Stay I would like to thank the staff who worked vigorously during our stay. Darya at the reception was so kind and Turan the sales manager who pursued the issues we discussed with him continuosly. The porter with the thick mustache was of immense assistance, he performed as the handyman as well. Overall I would seriously recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Van. Totally satisfied !! 5 out of 5 points 👍

Very centrally located. Within walking distance to all the shopping areas. Very good value for money. The meals at the on site restaurant were delicious & well priced. HAMDI at reception & all the staff we came in contact with were friendly, polite & very helpful!

The bath towels were rather thin, we prefer thicker towels.

Very warm welcome from reception staff. Good English spoken In fact all the staff were wonderful. Good air conditioning. Lovely shower. Excellent restaurant meals in evening. Great spa for kese scrub and massage.

The breakfast on first day gave us anxiety. That room is far too small for the number of people staying in the hotel and there were not enough breakfast staff allocated. Tables weren't being cleaned for new breakfast guests (that was not the staff member's fault, he was only one person for the whole room and was trying his best). Tea had run out, orange juice empty,, tea glasses were depleted, sausage was finished. Plate offerings needed to be monitored. The food was ok, the space for the number of guests was not. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

A perfect 4-star hotel. I would like to highlight convenient location close to the central city area and outstanding breakfast. Our room had a spectacular city view. Free sauna and a swimming pool open until 11pm were a good bonus after a long day. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I can’t say clearly how much I love this hotel.the room was clean and big enough.the location was perfect.the breakfast has so good and has enough variety. the staff is so nice.melek in reception was so lovely and polite.turan help me a lot in this trip and comer was so helpful and kind. they also prepare a designed room speciall for honeymoon for my friends and surprised them. thank you for everything and I will come back undoubtedly don’t hesitate if you want to select 5 star hotel in van. this hotel is the best of best
