We loved the hotel. The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants just steps away from the hotel. The staff was lovely, even though they struggled with English, they were all still keen to help and make us feel comfortable. The facilities are also great, especially if you want to chill at the beach or have a swim at the hotel.

Nothing not to like. The breakfast could have more options but it was still decent.

Rooms are large enough and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach & pool facilities are fantastic. Breakfasts are to die for. Great spot to spend the day in a comfortable way , everything you need is easily available.

We couldn’t fault a single thing about this hotel. Located in the most perfect location in Gündoğan, close to shops and various choice of sea view restaurants. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly, there was always someone on hand that could translate English although this was never an issue for us when placing orders at the pool/beach. Every area of the hotel was spotless and the staff work so hard to keep the place immaculate. The food is outstanding, one of the best buffet breakfasts we’ve ever had and the chefs at lunch deserve a special mention.. we only wish we could have tried the whole menu. The hotel offer a VIP transfer, the best way to travel to and from the airport (cheaper than any other agencies we found online). We also ventured out to Yalikavak Marina but our heart remained in Gündoğan, a more peaceful atmosphere, friendly people and a chance to try the local foods. Everything about this hotel was amazing, thank you! 😊

So friendly and helpful staff. Made life so easier. Pelin Hanim was so kind to upgrade our room as a result of some issues with currency. And kitchen helped so quickly to my mums dietary needs. Beach part was excellent. The music choices and the decibel they played so good as there was no sound pollution which is a big problem in so many other premises.

The only issue was the currency change but it’s nothing to do with the hotel I guess.

this is our second stay there, it's a must in any turkey trip. we are becoming a super loyal guests. the beach staff and the reception staff are so friendly and helpful and willing to help always. such a nice peaceful stay, food is great, rooms are super clean. they were kind enough to even upgrade our room without us even asking.

a stronger wifi in rooms will always be appreciated. other than that PERFECT

We had a warm welcome at reception and were upgraded to a suite room with a large balcony overlooking the pool. We guess because it was end of season and the hotel was quiet. The hotel and pool area were beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the sun deck at the waters edge. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice. We were given a late check out until 3pm.

Shout out to the lady for making the best omelette in the morning, and everyone who works there to make an amazing time. I got what i expected, friendly ( female) staff and very helpful.

The beach, sea & its water was fantastic, super clean & fresh even during nightime could see small fishes in the water. Tasty food at the beach bar/restaurant, good choice of dishes during lunch & then another options in the evening. Beautifull SPA, though i didnt try the massage therapist.

AC in my room didnt work well & during summer it was pretty hot. Also only 2 staff in the hotel i found who could speak english well so it caused a bit of complication during communication but luckily had my online international dictionary to translate. Would be good if the could add some fish/or sausage selection for breakfast, otherwise it was mainly cheese & vegetables. But good thing beach reastuarant has amazing choice of food

The staff are fantastic, friendly & helpful. Pelin on reception contacted us before we arrived to ask if we needed anything and we were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was much appreciated. The food & beverage team, lead by Gunduz are brilliant. Every one of them went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Kadir Ahmet Lokman Furkan & Yagmur all deserve a mention. The owner spoke to us each day to make sure everything was OK. The room was lovely with a large balcony, lovely bathroom with walk in shower & huge bath and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was very good with eggs cooked to order. The pool area is beautiful and the deck & Bella Beach. The hotel is in a great location with restaurants on the doorstep.

Breakfast options were limited considering that Turkish breakfast is full of varieties. WiFi was on the slower side if you are working from there, but the concierge and technician were attentive and helpful to resolve any sort of issue.
