Very nice and helpful staff. Spa facilities was also great. Nice view from the top floor. Good service of coffee and tea in breakfast area also after the breakfast. I can recommend the hotel-will definitely come back!

Only location-Its located little bit away from Yalova 20 min with taxi or you can take the bus just behind the hotel which takes longer, but 45 min with Taxi to Sabiha Airport which was great!

Very nice rooms, this is my second time staying, pet friendly, lots of parking, very quiet residential area overlooking the region, nice and helpful reception

It’s a bit out of the way and you ah e to pay toll fees to get there if you are coming off the large highways. Check out was at 12pm, at 1203pm as I was exiting the room reception phoned to see why I wasn’t out yet. I also came back in to the hotel to just use the bathroom before departing (had a long drive ahead) by reception about 30 min after checking out and the staff seemed unhappy about it.

The cleaning at Lagun Castle is truly commendable. From the moment I stepped into my room, I could immediately sense the meticulous attention given to cleanliness. The housekeeping team maintains an impeccable standard, ensuring that every corner of the room is spotless and inviting. The linens, towels, and amenities are all flawlessly arranged, creating a welcoming atmosphere for a relaxing stay. I was thoroughly impressed with the commitment to cleanliness displayed by the hotel, making my experience all the more enjoyable and comfortable.

Regrettably, the location of Lagun Castle Hotel left much to be desired. As a traveler seeking convenience and accessibility, I was disappointed to discover that the hotel was isolated from public transport options and far from the nearest beaches and city centers. The absence of nearby public transportation made it challenging for guests without a car to explore the area freely. Each time I wanted to venture out, I had no choice but to rely on taxis. But, it came with a beautiful view instead.

It was really great experience in such a beautiful hotel. I was thinking the location wouldn’t be that close to the main attractions but the location of the hotel is really calm and there is a bus station 2 min from hotel so it’s easy to go any places and explore the Yalova. Also wanna mention that the coffee/tea/juice (near lobby)you can drink as much as you want,and it’s really comfortable that any time you can take a drink even early in the morning or late at night,so it’s really very thoughtful and sweet. Plus wanna mention the staff of the hotel,which is really sweet and helpful. Big thanks to Kamil,İsmail and Mert Ali.

The property is located in a quiet area and is suitable for those who are in transit to the resorts of southern Turkey and need a night's accommodation. But it is also worth it for 2-3 days of relaxation. The room was spacious, with a large bed and a single bed for the little one, very clean. Breakfast very rich and more than enough. We stayed in this hotel both on our way to the resort in Side and on our way home, and although a family room was no longer available for the 2nd stay, the people there offered us a superior room to the standard one we had reserved, without to ask us for extra payment. Very kind staff. The restaurant has a wonderful view and the food is very good and tasty.

There are no aspects that we did not like.

Being a Booking.com Genius level 3 I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its nice young team. Definitely recommend to stay with them at least on your way from Europe to the southern seas in Turkey. Very pleasant stay.

Good location.The hotel is new and well furnished.Very-very clean ! Cozy and peaceful wintergarden, perfect for 1-2 hours relaxation. Very good breakfast. We do recomend LAGUN CASTLE HOTEL&SPA !

It was little hard to find.

Its in a very quite area its far from downtown 20 min by car Staff amazing , spa wonderful lady she is professional and you can enjoy the full time by your self and your couple , sauna , jacuzzi, steam and message all of them great Breakfast its seated and very tasty You can have your dinner in last floor with amazing view and you can have your drink with you . Worth it.

Only the bed for two its two beds connected to each other and it should be one bed

Lovely hamam experience and delicious Turkish breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable with a giant tub with jets in the living room. The hamam was a highlight.

Make sure you book the hamam in advance. You get the entire hamam to yourselves when you book, usually for one hour. it includes a treatment is you choose plus sauna and steam room. You need to book the jacuzzi ahead of time if you want to use that, and while the steam room does get hot and steamy, the sauna does not get that hot. The woman who gave us our hamam massages was great though! We were looking for a place away from the city, and this one definitely is. However the immediate surrounding areas are not that nice, but the actual hotel is nice! We went to Yalova and had amazing fish by the sea for lunch.
