Staying in RAMADA for second time. Staff is very kind and always helpful. Not many speak proper English but the Tall guy and Nice girl are speak very good (sorry, did not remember names). Breakfast is very nice, always fresh and decent. Gym is minimal but free and cozy. Possible to order sauna. Rooms are spacious, modern and quiet. Good hot water and always clean towels. Very comfortable hotel.
1. No table for laptop or work. Only small round coffee table and tiny area next to tv. 2. Sometimes smells from shower drain. Needs maintenance of sewage and canalization. 3. Not enough light in Bathroom mirror. Light is quite dim. 4. A/C is not working, ventilation only. I have changed the temp on remote but in vain.

For me the location was good, very near to the ferry terminal. The seaside is very close. There is a small shopping mall nearby. Walking along the seaside is very nice, many good restaurants and places for sightseeing. The street just near the hotel is a shopping street, you can walk for kilometers and find all kinds of shops. The food at the hotel was good, both the included breakfast and the ordered dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The fridge was not working and only the last day this problem was somehow solved. There was also an issue with the payment: when checking out some extra amount was requested but later I found out it was a mistake.

The stay was pleasant, the services provided were elegant and the workers helpful and friendly.
I just gave one of the officials a note about the one coming from the main street walking or in a wheelchair. He will find the sidewalk opposite the main hotel entrance, about half a meter high, which forces him to walk. The other sidewalk must open a stairway opposite the hotel entrance and a corridor wheelchair for handicapped
