good location (Castle, Philharmonic concerts, National Museum, Orthodox Church) normal breakfast, tea/coffee in the room, bottled water in the room every day, quite clean and calm

taxi from airport: be careful, there are two Focuses in Szczecin: Focus and Grand Focus; we had to show proper address to the driver to get to our Focus hotel; 10 min walking to the nearest product shop, not too comfortably organized place for breakfast, quite loaded road near (view from the room window), expensive taxi to airport (asked to book on hotel reception)

The staff was friendly and they also spoke a pretty good English. The room was small but comfy. The bed was very comfortable. There is free parking in weekends in front of the hotel. The wifi was great. I really appreciated that they left a small coloring book and pencils for my daughter when I requested an extra children's bed. Overall, a really nice experience.

The location is great but also noisy at nights. Not the hotel's fault though.

I love this hotel because of its location and the river view from our room. It’s reasonably priced and has the best location. When I arrived straight from the airport to leave luggage as it was 10am, the receptionist looked and found us a room that was available without charging anything extra. We love the size of the room and the bathroom- neutral decorations-the hotel became our refuge between many intense meetings.

Rooms of a decent size, which had all equipment needed, plus an office area. Very friendly staff that will help you with anything. Very rich and delicious breakfasts wigh a lot of choice. The hotel is very well located and our room was giving to Wały Chrobrego with a nice view.

We got a room with a view on Wały Chrobrego, however initially we had a room giving to Trasa Zamkowa, which was a bit noisy (However, closing the window has largely eliminated that problem.)

We stayed in Szczecin twice on the way to other destinations. Focus Hotel is great for a short touristic stay. The service is good, the location and the view are amazing. One can get around the city centre easily. The breakfast was OK, it is nice of the hotel to offer packed sandwiches to go.

It might be quite loud at night if there is a festival or some event on the other side of the river.

Location, ambience, staff willingness to help.

The repetitive breakfast and lunch/dinner menu is quite boring though the food is very good. I stayed for two night and three days with family, the breakfast and lunch/dinner menu were quite same all the three days. Kids were expecting different menu the next day. Better if they are not repetitive in consecutive days. Having said that, whatever food we had, it was very good. :)

The hotel's location was exceptional, with a room that provided views of both the harbor and historic architectural buildings. The hotel was situated within walking distance of several noteworthy sites, including the bell tower, harbor gate, and main square. Additionally, there were a few bars located across the street, making for easy late-night adventures.

Cost of the stay was too high, and the food at the hotel's restaurant was just okay.

Rooms were as requested. Ie one double, one twin Functional Free parking as it was the weekend Staff friendly efficient Room had tea making facitlities

Little dated There was a very loud party going on downstairs until late in the evening. We weren't told about it in advance. Maybe that's why ear plugs were provided ! Most of the sound muffled out as room well insulated.

Basically all is fine. Nice rooms. But I arrived late and was for 10 minutes wating at the reception before somebody comes. This is too much, especially when you are tired. The room and bed is really OK and also the breakfast is very good.

Parking is paid from 8.00.......... so in real that is early when you like to enjoy a calm morning
