Very GOOD breakfast bar, choices were: eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, muffins, pastries, toast, make your own waffles, yogurt, coffee. (Only think missing was juice) Husband and I really enjoyed it. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Attendant at breakfast bar was very friendly and accommodating, as I had split syrup and was trying to clean my mess and she said she would do it, as "that is what she was there for" she told me. Really appreciated that.

The ONE ice machine that was there was BROKEN! Very DISAPPOINTED in that! Only 1 machine available on ground floor, they should also have a machine available on 2nd floor (in my opinion) as to not have to keep going up and down even with an elevator) The phone to reach front desk was also not in service as we called to get bath towels for your room as they also did not have any available ready in bathroom only hand towels and washcloths. My husband had to go down to front desk to let them know and there was told about phone not working when said he tried calling desk

Location was great. Room was clean, spacious and modern

Ice machine broken in the middle of summer. No daily room-cleaning unless requested beforehand - for the rate I paid, especially, I expected daily room-cleaning without prompting.

We really enjoyed the stay. Beds were heavenly. The hot breakfast was a bonus and very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

Just a couple of things that maybe housekeeping could do better on. The TV remote was missing. However, a replacement was brought to us right away. The bathroom counter could have been cleaner. There was built up residue probably from soaps and dust. The GFIC plug trips when you use the hairdryer and a curling iron. There was unswept dirt behind the door. The coffee pot didn't work. Maybe these items should be checked daily as part of the daily clean-up. These were minor. Overall, the entire hotel was very clean and had really nice decorations.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small situation with the toilet and staff was on it. The bathroom was handicapped and met my expectations. The front desk makes cookies everyday and this was so cool. The front desk person gave a coupon for a discount at Dennys next door. Amazing experience.

Receptionist helped with retrieving my lost luggage. She also took time to call animal control for a few lost pups that showed up at the hotel. Her quick response saved them from going into traffic.

Room was close to elevator.

The room was very comfortable and temperature in room was very cool and nice. The breakfast bags was convenient and full filling.

The Staff was very unfriendly when I was going to check in. This is the morning employee that was handling the breakfast bags. At 10pm I had to call the Front Desk since our room was out of toilet paper. The man that cleaned my room before I checked in, did not seem to have finished cleaning the room. This is a little thing, but it was an inconvenience.

It's right off the highway and really easy to get to. There is a denny's right next door and a few gas stations close by. They are doing bagged breakfast for free while the complimentary breakfast is still on hold due to COVID. It was easy to check in and the room had plenty of space. I also really liked that only the main door could be accessed by everyone. Only guests with key cards could use the side doors, which felt safer.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The room was dated, which I expected after reading other reviews, but I didn't expect to have such an uncomfortable and squeaky bed.

They charge me twice for a nite stay. BUT 2 days later it was taken away from saw it in my bank statement. Was not to impressed on that.

Great selection, obviously situated for family fun.

Hotel advertised no fees for pets. When we got there, we we told there was a $20 fee. Either fix the advertising or don’t charge the fee.

It's a real nice place to stay , very clean ,the night person guy was rude but other then that it was nice , I will be staying again.
