I have stayed at this hotel for many times over the last 4 years. I am very happy they got an elevator summer. I was tired of carrying my bags. Also so now all the staff speak English.

The room was cozy for one person. It had a comfortable feeling. It was clean. The hotel was close to the airport, situated on the main rood, easy to find. The bathroom was very clean. Hot water was available in the shower. The cafe - restaurant downstairs was convenient. Good food. Good waitstaff.

There was no telephone available in the room to contact reception. You must go downstairs and talk to them. The receptionists knew very limited English. They were polite but not courteous. No bath soap was provided in the room (only hand soap and shampoo). In food available at the cafe - restaurant downstairs - the quantity of a single dish was too much for one person. If you are travelling alone, be mindful of how much you order. They do not consider it polite to leave leftovers. The floor was very cold and no room slippers were available.

The front desk employee was very genial and offered an alternative solution to taking our large suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor (because of the elevator). The proximity to the airport is close.

We had a very noisy neighbor who was talking on the phone and woke us up in the middle of the night. The front desk confused our reservation with someone else's, but straightened it up on her own. Also, not so much their fault, but we arrived on a day when the elevator was being repaired. While they claim to have shuttle service to the airport on their profile, in reality this is normal taxi service.

I was only here briefly from late evening to early morning for a flight. Modern, clean friendly hotel ideal for Boryspil Airport. The room was huge, not sure if this is the same for all and a nice big double bed. Kettle and cups provided. Clean compact bathroom with shower. The balcony was a nice bonus and good to relax on in the evening (complete with table and chairs). Hotel organised a taxi for the morning at a decent set price.

All good for the short time I was there.

Terminal for card payment wasn’t working and I didn’t have enough cash, good that my friends were with me so they paid for me. Door guy was kinda rude too, wouldn’t even hold 2 very tightly packed doors for my friend carrying my gigantic suitcase.

Staff were AWESOME. Often as an American that probably doesn't speak Ukrainian they launched right into English without me even having yo ask. Food portions in the restaurant rival those in America. Food was delicious and met description exactly

I travel extensively in Europe and accommodations were a touch above traditional hotel services. It is a non smoking hotel, would have hoped they would segregated smokers and non-smokers by floors. My neighbors on both sides were smokers. They can smoke on balcony. Hence, I felt like a large ham, it felt like they synchronized their smoking so that someone was on one of the balconies 24/7.

Excellent location! Close enough to get to the airport quickly, but not so close to have to deal with the noise. Well run, CLEAN as a whistle, excellent value for money. I usually don't expect much from these types of hotels, but this one is perfect. Could the bed have been a little more comfortable, SURE, but hen again what do you expect for $35.00 a night? The only one recommendation I could make is to provide a light over the desk to make it easier to see, BUT, the rest of the lighting in the room, and especially the bathroom was better than many 5 star hotels I've stayed at. The convenient downstairs restaurant was very good, and they didn't gouge you for pricing since there are other choices nearby. They have a bar too. I drove a hellish 7 hours from Odessa (rain) and that ice cold local beer OUTSIDE at end of the day was PERFECT.

So minor not worth mentioning!

We basically chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and because of the affordability. Our expectations were not high. Therefore, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome of the staff. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable. We had a delicious diner at their restaurant. We left very early morning and therefore unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast.

Nothing.

The hotel was perfect for a one night stay near the airport. The hotel restaurant was fantastic and the service was great. They helped with the airport transfer and spoke decent English.

Only complaint was that they automatically turn off the AC at night so that made it a little hot in the room.

Close to airport, nice and clean room for one person, welcome and helpful staff, good facilities provided.
