I did not take breakfast!

The hotel looked a little uninspiring at time of check-in - We were a little late for lunch with our guests and were the only people in the restaurant at our first meal - BUT the food at lunch was great quality [well cooked and nicely presented] - Our waiter was surprisingly well-informed and able to advise us on our menu choices - The staff throughout the hotel were outstandingly welcoming and friendly - Everything from then on [the way we were treated] was outstanding!

The general ambience was a little 'cold' and unfriendly - The staff attitude [on the other hand] was outstandingly warm and friendly and made up for the starkness of the ambiance.

Good and beautiful rooms. Some confusion persisted with regards to the switches for the light by the staff were quick to respond and clarify everything at a single request made. Didn’t have any food there due to lack of time. But the location was quite accessible with all amenities at a walkable distance. Lots of parking available around the hotel and it’s free.

The rooms could have had some carpets which would have made them quite more cozy. The kettle was there for coffee but the plug point was very far off and quite inaccessible. Most of the plug points are low lying behind the tables which makes them difficult to reach

everything was amazing , the staff were very helpful, very quick to respond, and very respectful. the gym was beyond amazing and the trainer was great. everything was constantly cleaned and smelled amazing

The AC was too cold even though we are in winter and i switch it off, but it stays on no matter what

Everything, especially the staff and how you were treated, absolutely one of the feelings when it seems like they really care about you and try to make the trip asxA easy and most comfortable as possible

Nothing I didn't like, but ufffff the heat took some time to get used to outside but thank god the hotel was fully air conditioned everywhere

I like that place was surrounded by places to shop and were near to the road

Regarding my stay, I did not like that I booked one large bed, and they provided me with two single beds stuck together that keep separating I had to fix my bed al least 7 times but it keeps separating. and the shawer was not functioning properly.and Also, the bedside lamp only one was working.

The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. It is located just on other side of Qasr Al Muwaji- A UNESCO world heritage site. The other attractions in city like Jahili fort, Al-ain oasis, Palace museum are all close by. There are many eating options within walking distance. The breakfast spread is also very good

I like the Hotel atmosphere.

The toilets don't have a floor mat. The TV has YouTube, netflix, prime,etc but I can't use it nobody is helping it. We requested a baby cot but it was arranged when we arrived at the room and also the cot was kept in front of the room so we had to grab ourselves to the room. Etc

had a little kitchenette

the curtain didn’t close well, hence in the morning it was difficult to sleep in more because of the light from outside. and no pots to use.in the kitchenitte

Good location. The staff attitude was very good. Reception staff Mr. Mothaleeb and Ms. Wala were very friendly and professional. Commendable services provided by Mr. Vinod from housekeeping too.
