The dinner and breakfast was great, but suhoor (Ramadan early meal) was slightly lacking. The pool was good. The room was good and staff were quick to resolve any issue.

The table in the room could use some refinishing it seems someone used a hot cup on the table, so guests need to be a bit more considerate and the staff should inspect the rooms to initiate these minor repairs.

- we really like that the hotel is quiet with only minor animations - nice food with great variety, especially lamb, fruits, and vegetables. Fruits were very good, probably you can add some more positions. - perfect staff, everyone was friendly and help us when required - perfect beach facilities, sand, and sea. Seaside is ~ 500m in length, commonly only a few people in the water. Really private. - room was clean and new enough

- the conditioning system in the room makes some noise even when it is turned off. After a week it becomes annoying. The mattress was a bit softer than i prefer, although its good enough - we pointed a bit lack of seafood - The sea is relatively shallow: max depth is about 1.2m at mid-tide. Tide amplitude is ~ 0.8m, better to check out schedule before trip.

Beautiful beach with clear water, nice and spacey room, very good food, but could be more diverse. The staff was very nice, especially at the restaurant and cafe, it was a delight to be around them, they really cared and were super nice. Good gym.

The place is isolated, not much to do around the hotel. It would be great to have billiard and table tennis. And more acitivites and trips.

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The quality of the place exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, the pool was temperature-controlled, and the highlight was undoubtedly the food. In all my previous visits to hotels in the UAE, ranging from well-known luxury brands to mid-range options, I have never encountered such an impressive variety in a dinner buffet. It's not just about the grandeur or luxury, but the resort stood out due to its exceptional selection of dishes, top-notch service, and the overall quality of the food. The dinner buffet featured a remarkable variety, including a live BBQ station serving everything from lobsters to salads, an array of meats, sushi, dumplings, and numerous vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The outstanding but not overly sweet cakes and desserts tempted me to indulge. The breakfast was equally delightful, with a perfect live station, a mix of juices, freshly baked bread, traditional English breakfast items, and, of course, excellent coffee – a memorable way to start the day. I want to express my gratitude to two individuals for their exceptional service – the lady chef who showcased her skills at the live stations during the night and breakfast, and the steward ( again I forgot his name, start from letter S ) who ensured that everything we needed was just a call away. I look forward to returning at the earliest opportunity and extending my stay to fully savor the outstanding food and hospitality provided by the team.

A wonderful experience (again, this was not our first stay) from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were treated like treasured friends when Mr. Tamer at reception freely upgraded us (again, he also did the same on our previous stay) from the regular rooms we booked to two connected chalets. Meals were excellent with a wide variety of dishes with rich taste. We were especially thankful to Chefs Eldhose and Upul for managing my son's gluten free meals. An additional, fantastic surprise was the celebration party organized by the hotel on Christmas Eve which created a special festive atmosphere. This was not the first, and definitely not the last time we visited Danat Jebel Dhanna.

There was nothing that I did not like.

This is a hidden gem of UAE. 5 Star hotel and the staff is amazing. Facility is superb. Beach front access and swimming pools. Amenities are first class. Perfect place to stay while traveling back to Saudi by road. Miss Anecia and her team totally fantastic. The rooms amazing size and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are delicious variety is wonderful and caters to people of all nationalities. Fantastic food and fantastic resort and fantastic team. Miss Anecia was very cooperative, professional and wonderful to work with.

Gorgeous beach, beautiful pool and incredible landscaping surround this hotel. Staff were lovely especially Ms. Aleica at registration and Rajan helping us with our bags. The breakfast buffet was very good but the standout was the insanely good Italian food at the Zaitoun restaurant. Homemade pasta, gnocchi and lasagne were all top notch - and we were quite surprised to be honest - it was that good.

Food at the pool bar sub-par (frozen pizza, cold falafel) and the service there was a bit hit or miss. It was as if no one knew what they were doing. Additionally it took an hour to get the food when the hotel was not crowded. I guess that's something for them to work on.

Friendly staff just in time for the last part of the Christmas party. Could have been a bit longer.... Food was excellent The staff that shine like a star serving us food Shaksam I believe it was his second day in the hotel. He has a bright future. And I hope the hotel take good care of him His filled with love full of smiles and delivered exceptional service to my junior staff... He has, a, passion not as, a, worker in the hotel but his passion is his generosity and respect towards his guest. This is not coming from his training but comes from within himself. Good people like are hard to find... Harder to keep up with, and impossible to forget. There was a confusion about the number of beds information provided on booking.com versus the information provided by the hotel staff. I called in advance to inquire and get it sorted. The facility and rooms are very good. Beach facing chalets are always the choice to stay at this property. Beach was not as clean as it was in earlier days, that was a disappointment. Pool, staff and amenities were very good. Breakfast, lunch and Dinners were good and accommodating staff and the chefs team. However, I found majority dishes to be Asian oriented.

Beach was not clean. A few more arrangements can be made for kids such as gaming area, water slides etc. For adults, the guests would highly appreciate indoor games such as pool table, fuse ball.

This was NOT the first time we stayed in Danat Jebel Dhanna. We truly enjoyed this hotel EVERY TIME we went there in the past. The staff was ALWAYS very helpful and the restaurant staff very knowledgeable and helpful with the gluten free diet needs of my son. THIS TIME we had the additional surprise of being given a free upgrade from the regular hotel room we booked to a premium chalet. I would especially thank Mr Tamer at reception for this wonderful surprise. And again, thank you for all the helpful staff in the restaurant for managing my son's gluten free needs.
